The Brew & View — Restaurant in Fairbanks

Went here and got two coffees. I'm a professional barista myself. Do not get your coffee here. They DEMAND tips, and it is posted that they will deny service if you do not tip. The girls are fakey, and the coffee was terrible. I ended up throwing mine out. It tasted like watered-down mud. I INTENTIONALLY did not tip because of the policy and the energy.

I do not like the flavor of Starbucks, and I would rather drink Starbucks than this place's garbage.

The owners' responses to other negative reviews should be looked at seriously.

My wife and I love this place. The food is delicious and has large portions. Most times, we share a breakfast burrito, and neither of us is hungry afterward. My wife says the coffee is consistently delicious, which is rare for other coffee huts. I get the lotus energy drinks, and they are always great.
