Starbucks — Restaurant in Fairbanks

We’re visiting from Colorado and walked the 2.5 miles one way from our hotel to visit the “northernmost Starbucks on the planet.” When we arrived at 9am, the doors were locked. It was posted on the door and on the Starbucks app that they opened at 5:30am. The drive through was open, so we asked through the drive through window if the dining room was open. They said it wouldn’t open until noon - a three hour wait, and we needed to check out of our hotel at noon. Very frustrating. We went to the other Starbucks on Geraghty Avenue (nearer to our hotel) the day before and it was open. Why the difference? Anyway, we ended up going to the Starbucks in the nearby Safeway. First world problems for sure, but still...

Went on thursday for the app promotion of $3 handcrafted drinks around 4:33 pm. Drive thru lady was completely rude and unhelpful and had a lot of attitude. The lady didn’t even bother on assisting with the use of the code for the cupón and end up charging me for the whole thing even tho she said she applied the cupon. Later when asked if they had stock one of the cups in specific she literally just turn her back to me and for a split of a second turn back to me and said no. I honestly love starbucks sm and this is such a disappointing costumer service that i don’t think i’m going to be back at this...

This is a very popular place but I haven’t figured out why. Recently I’ve had two negative experiences, one inside and one in the drive thru. Inside, our group of 3 all ordered drinks and sandwiches. One if the drink orders was incorrect and they completely forgot one of the sandwiches. Double checked the receipt and it was on the receipt.
