Arby's — Restaurant in Fairborn

Well i went to here to try the new cheesesteak and got the big cheese burger and wow... the burger was good but was missing the white cheese slice and the cheese stake, well was having a hard time trying to eat that... it was a nasty mess and was suprised since i was the only one in the store and nobody at the drive thur... If you see clearly that whoever made this knew and seen what a mess it was and could atlease changed the wrapper... and im pretty sure half of the meat must of fell out along with what wasnt in the cheesesteak and on the wrapper because there wasnt much steak at all... Me being a fastfood worker in the past i dont understand how someone could even serve that to anyone, maybe i should said i was eatting it there, maybe it would of been differnt... anyways guess i wont be going there again and if that guy is doing that all day then im sure not many people will be going back to that arbys, was going to taco bell but there was 6 people waiting for food inside, drive thur packed and 4 people waiting to order so i looked at arbys and wow, wasnt anyone but me there the whole time now i see why... sorry but it was so bad i had to leave this at which i dont do often... hope arbys get...

Tonight I went to an arby's over in bellbrook off Wilmington Pike. I ordered two french dip meals. When I arrived across town to deliver the food to my girlfriend we opened the containers and the sandwiches were upside down and we also did not have the dip, just the sandwiches and bad fries. This was 15 minutes before that location closed and by the time I would have been able to drive back they would have been closed. I called this location that was right down the street from where I was headed and explained to them the situation. They said to come in with no hesitation. I'm not normally one to cause a fuss about food being wrong as I've worked in fast food myself and know everyone has bad nights but this store made my day. Not only did they replace my food despite it not being their mistake but they truly were amazed at the lack of care taken for my order at the other location. All three of the people there tonight were so kind and understanding. Thank you to the three of you for your wonderful customer service. The food was delicious and I will definitely be back to...

This used to be our favorite location to go and eat but the recent experience has been really bad. We always used togo and sit inside and eat because we loved the food and the ambience. But last time we went here, we went to the counter and all the employees ignored us. We waited and waited and waited but no employee showed up. They were hiding from us. Another woman with her daughter also came to eat and now its a line there but no employee showed up. Finally we saw one girl going towards the drive thru window and she saw us but completely ignored us. She didnt say " I will be with you guys in a minute or anything" just looked at us and completely went to the drive thru window. All of us ended up leaving. It was such a shame! Please close your dine in and sitting area if you do not want to deal with any customers! We wont be...
