With the cost of everything going up I definitely had to convince myself to get something quick to eat after leaving my doctor. I really stop eating fast foods because the service is horrible now days. Pulling in Approximately 11:30am-12pm and two women standing outside literally mean mugging me all the way to the drive thru, definitely was like red flag but I was extremely hungry so I continued. I ordered my number 1 pulled to the drive thru were I get the most unpleasant experiences. Pulled off and seen this was not what I ordered, pulled back where I seen the two women back outside I asked her about my order and she proceeded to tell me I ordered something different which is definitely not the case. I knew what I wanted so thatâs what I ordered and I wasnât about to go back and forth with her. I attempted to walk in the building to get my money then she redirected me back to the drive thru. Why is y'all dinner area still close like weâre still in Covid mode, but ok so I pulled to the drive-through, proceeded to tell her that I just wanted my money back because at this point I just had too many red flags. The initial time I seen them outside all the way up until I got to my window. I got my order extremely too fast I donât believe hands was washed and I really believe that my burgers were literally sitting on the stove until myself or someone pulled up to order. I just canât take it with the unprofessional behavior, itâs not just this place itâs a lot of them that has it real bad, we have to do better. My order came to be over $11 but I donât care if my order was five dollars if I pulled to your window and politely greet you and give you respect and all you give me is attitude and nonchalant then either the wrong order and hard cold food, give me my money back asap⌠at this point, I canât trust you...
   Read moreOn 10/26/22 @ 1254am, there were 2 employees working: 1 male and 1 female. I eat her often as I also work nights so the faces there are familiar. The lady working the drive thru couldnât be more rude and unprofessional. As I get my drink I say thank youâŚno response, get my card back and say thanks you again⌠slams the window shut and locks it. Finally get my 4 burgers and once again say thank youâŚshe looks at me and shuts the window. I then proceeded to say youâre welcome, basically talking to myself and practicing my own mannerisms. Every time she is working this happens. Clearly she either hates working nights, hates working there, or just has something personal against me (I wonât get into but is more than likely the case), then perhaps she should find a new job or even possibly get trained in customer service. Being courteous is free, being able to acknowledge someone thanking her wouldnât seem too much to ask for with a 2 word response (thank you)? Hopefully she gets to read this and deep down inside she knows how terrible of a person she is because of the reason she wonât speak or make eye contact with me. I can say with certainty my believe is true because when I ride with my co worker she will carry on a full conversation with him. Again, the multiple encounters Iâve had with her has brought me to this point.    Read moreThis supervisor running this store right now as I type is TRASH! First off, I ordered a bowl of grits, they are crunchy and lumpy. It taste like the grits were thrown in a pot with a pound of butter added. Secondly, I ordered a scrambler without the meat and egg, for diet reasons. I literally received bread with a slice of cheese inside. Not warm or cheese is not melted. It looks as if they just took the bread out of the package and served it. I realize there may not have been a way to warm it up, so a courtesy to share that with me before I purchased would have been greatly appreciated. And lastly, but the most severe, I asked for a cup of ice. I was given ice, however, in the smallest cup that you all serve. Upon receiving my receipt I noticed that I was charged for a cup of jalapeĂąos. When I asked the young man about the charge he responded, âshe told me to charge you for the ice.â She meaning the supervisor\manager\etc. Obviously, that is not a thing (charging for ice) because it was not programmed into the register. Noticing that the inspection score is only an 82, I am highly disappointed and disgusted. It is sooo sad to see level of poor customer service exemplified by someone of authority. I will never go back to Krystalâs again and I will definitely be sure to spread the word of mouth to my peers...
