Chili's Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Fairfield Township

This post is for this location only! On Saturday 02/01/2025 we arrived at around 2:45 pm. After entering the establishment we were told it would be a 20-30 minute wait. We told the host that would not be a problem gave our name and number, she said she would text when our table was ready. After about 45 minutes we went back in to see what was going on to realize she forgot about us. She was scrambling around to try and get us into a table like it was our fault. One server came to get our drink order. She was nice and told us our server would be around to take our order. When our server came she was RUDE. Her words umm are you ready to order now or what, she will bring your drinks out when they are done. We promptly ordered. She expressed it will be out when it’s done. Our drinks arrived one was completely wrong. We did ask about it being wrong and she said they could not make it correctly due to not having the correct ingredients. We would have like to know that before it was made because we would have gotten something else. We kept the drink brushing it off to not a big deal. But she also did not care enough to ask if it was ok or anything but just walking away not wanting to be bothered with us. Once our food came at first everything looked fine. But after we started eating it was not ok!!! Pick 3 ribs, chicken and sausage platter. The ribs tasted old hard and dry. The chicken strips were literally stuck together in a battered ball and not fully cooked. The sausage also did not taste right like something was off. Our second meal was pick three trio. The mozzarella sticks were the only thing good. The big mouth slider were inedible. The buns were hard and BURNT and the meat had a very odd taste. The chicken for this order was also undercooked with a very weird texture. We have ate at other chiles and never had any issues. There is definitely a problem with this location and the server we had. She was extremely unfriendly with us. When we asked for our second drink it was like it was a problem. After dropping off our drinks she told us we could pay at the table making us feel as she wanted us to leave. Would NOT RECOMMEND EATING AT...

My girlfriend and me use to love coming to this location for there delicious steak, buy what happen to use the other night we refuse to visit Chili's​ again. When we arrived there was another couple ahead of us and another one right behind us. There where seats open everywhere but we waited 20 minutes before even talked to us and sat us down. We waited another 7 minutes before someone came and talked to us. The waiter that talked to us wasn't even waitering in our area she came by and noticed that we were upset. After she got someone our waiter came and got drink order and food since we sat there long enough. My girlfriend order lemonade a steak fries and asperges. I order a mix drink and the same steak, fries and and asperges. The waiter was very rude and and treated us like criminal We waited 6 minutes before my girlfriend got her drinks. I still haven't gotten mine. 2 groups came in 10 minutes after us and got there appetizer and I'm still waiting for my drinks. After everyone around me finish there first drank mine finally came out. I was fed up that everyone around us was getting there appetizer who came in 15 to 20 minutes after us and I'm just starting to get my drink. I requested​ a manger, and he finally showed up and talked to us. Our food finally came once we talked to the manager. Our food came out cold and had the wrong side order. We advised the waiter and he looked at us like we cursed at him. He left anf came back 5 mins later with her fries. Waited another 10 and he came back with a big plate a asperges. He tried to put the big plate of asperges on our small table, so my girlfriend said she will put the asperges on her current plate. He toss the plate to her and let. I was shocked that he would toss the plate and just left. The manager said he gave us a discount on our bill, it was 15 dollars off and honestly he could have kept the original bill. This is the worst and last experience I will...

I'm flabbergasted by this Chili's. We had purchased an order delivered by Doordash. The order had several things wrong with it, so we called Chili's to complain. We were told that in fact it was Doordash's responsibility to check the food. But most restaurants seal your bag now, that's just a lie. Anyhow, the manager offered to send some gift cards... Fine.

We go in yesterday and have dinner. The food was as expected, par for Chili's, although our waiter frankly want great. Not particular bad, but lackluster at best.

The real fun came when we tried to use the gift cards. The manager came over and is holding the gift cards in his hand, and almost for a second I thought he was going to say they were fraudulent or something. He had this way of making us feel like we had been called to the principles office. It was beyond off putting, and he could tell because he said "it's not as if it's a bad thing" after he told us he wanted to talk to us about the cards. He went on defending the fact that several things were missing from the previous order, and that we were told Doordash's drivers should be rifling through prepared food to make sure it is right. He was also seemingly agitated, if only slightly so, that we didn't call Doordash for a refund. He said that we should be calling them because"they're the ones that had our money." As if Doordash didn't pay Chili's.

Don't really see ourselves going back. The kids are big fans and advocate for going there, but I'm not a fan anyhow, so it's no...
