Going to BJ's is what I call a shopping experience!!!!!
When you first enter their parking lot not only is parking free, absolutely very convenient, and easy to park. There is a sign that displays the level of hight in feet and inches above entrance, of the parking lot, for high vehicles. The staff tend heavy; to make sure that the parking lot is clean. Over the dozens and dozens of times I've visited this establishment, I have not once have I found any trash, or dirt In the parking lot. There are plenty of carts nearby.
When you first enter to your left for 25 cents is a cold water bottle vending machine!!!! Never in my life!!!! Along side choices of other vending machines, while you first enter you are enchanted with nice cold AC air!!! To remind of one, you are free of problems when you enter this 🏠 home (BJ's).
Once you enter it's a different world from the outside world, looking up high above wear the clouds wear is now a dome of glass and ceiling, right below are rows and rows of metal cranes and walk ways only the dear hearted would think to cross. Point blank this is a wear house !!!!!!!! Truly a magnificent magical land one can get long lost in. When you cross into this Wear house remember that this place is as organized as a living breathing organism.
From TVs that are bigger then ones cars to fireworks 🎆 you wouldn't allow your own to play with. Cloths and mittens to keep the people warm during cold times. Ever endless amount of cookies and pastries you can truly find your self lost 💗. There is no end to the choices of varieties of food and beverages available. You do not need to bring a grocery list, because I promise the choices of deliciousness is waiting for you.
To understand ones view on this treacherous subject, you would have to find yourself lost, looking up, in the belly of the best (BJ's) to enjoy its glory. Like I said going to BJ's is an adventurous shopping...
Read moreCheckout experience at this store is always a catastrophe. The majority of items here, by the nature of the store, are large, heavy, bulk quantities which, due to lack of handheld scanners at the self-checkout, must be temporarily lifted out of shopping carts and onto the checkout counter to be awkwardly reoriented for scanning, only to be instructed immediately thereafter by the machine to return the items to your cart to avoid damaging the scale in the bagging area. Not to mention that the line oftentimes wraps halfway around the store. Still, I have put up with those minor inconveniences for years now...
The straw that broke the camel's back for me was that I purchased some Swift brand Pork Spareribs that were wholly unfit for human consumption. To be honest, I did not even let my dog have a taste. Needless to say, the package contained only a very small fraction of edible meat, perhaps
Read moreWORST MANAGER AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! WILL NOT COME BACK AGAIN! On March we went there because we bought new phones and changed plans to AT&T through Bj’s… when we got our phones mailed we turned them on and it instantly cancelled our old plan, but we DID NOT have data on our new phones, it showed “SOS” and no signal at all. We had to go all the way to Bj’s and what customer service said was “we are separated from AT&T and we cannot do anything” then, we asked them if we could borrow a phone to make a call to the AT&T vendor but the manager said “we cannot let people borrow the store phone and we don’t let people borrow our personal phone” WE HAD NO WAY TO CALL OR DO ANYTHING BECAUSE WE GOT NO HELP AT ALL FROM BJ’s. Luckily we got data unexpectedly a few minutes after that visit.
Today, April 16th we went there becase we bought an A/C unit in March and we just put it on the window but it was not hot enough to use it. Yesterday we turned it on and it is hot air instead of Cold… we contacted the brand and they told us we need to solve with the store we bought it from… we went to BJ’s and the same manager we found last visit was there.
