Fairfield Alto was nothing short of amazing for 4 reasons; security, cleanliness, great staff and great amenities.
I am in my 20's and worked in NYC but did not want to deal with the living conditions of NYC. Anyone who knows NYC knows that having a dishwasher, and washer and dryer in unit with a full gym, rooftop deck and parking garage is UN heard of. Fairfield Alto made it possible to have a clean place to live with updated modern brand new amenities while having a short commute to the NYC life which made it a no brainer to sign here. Not to mention having some of the best restaurants in the state less than 30 minutes away. Along with all of that the staff was always accommodating with any questions and concerns I had, and made the move in and out process super easy. They even have cute holiday parties and cook outs on the community grills which really makes you feel at home.
Living alone safety was a very important factor for me, and I honestly always felt safe here. They have fob locked doors and emergency blue lights everywhere, not that I ever felt that I needed to use it, and security cameras.
HUGE plus besides literally being at the train station and being able to be in NYC in an hour and a half, or anywhere in CT in under an hour is the cute little café outside the train station!! I felt like I had a café in my home, their coffee, egg sandwiches and pastries are TO DIE for (I literally would live here just for that)
My only advise if you do end up living here is to make sure you give your 60 day written notice to move out! I almost got stuck with paying an extra months rent, but my fault for not remembering (literally put a reminder in your phone the day you move in)
10/10 recommend...
Read moreI was in the process of relocating from South Florida to Fairfield after being away for 20 years. Although Fairfield had changed quite a bit (for the better), I wasn’t sure I would be able to find a living space with amenities to fulfill the lifestyle I had become accustom to. In Summer 2020, I stumbled upon Alto being built on my way to Wholefoods. I connected with Roman in the leasing office who promptly scheduled a tour and although construction was not completed, Roman was able to clearly articulate the picture of what life at Alto would be like. We discussed budget, timing and move-in logistics. His professionalism and responsiveness to all my questions, numerous emails and visits made me extremely comfortable as I embarked on this transition. Outside of the guidance that Roman provided, I have been equally impressed with his team upon move-in. Anthony and Nicolette who also work in the Leasing Office know me by name and apartment # and go above and beyond to assist with any of my needs as well as ensuring that some of my larger packages make it up to my apartment. As someone who works remotely, I welcome seeing these friendly faces daily. This level of customer service is a differentiator and all these small gestures make me truly appreciative of being a resident at Alto. I would be remiss not to mention the beautiful brand-new modern apartment that I have moved into and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. Thank you, Roman & Alto Team for all...
Read moreThe Alto was such a great place to live! My boyfriend and I had to move out at the end of our lease for a few reasons but none of them were because of the Alto in any way, shape, or form. We loved living here so much and the staff were always readily available for us at any time. Maintenance requests were completed on the day we would make an inquiry and if we ever called down to the office, the leasing office was quick to call us back. We miss living here so much as it truly is such a great spot but we wanted to drop in and write a review for anyone who is considering living here. Also a quick note, Zach who is the head of the leasing office, went truly above and beyond with our move out process and we cannot thank him for working with us. Such a great building and even greater people...
