Staples — Local services in Fairfield

I had one of the most scariest interactions with a staples employee. I was at the staples in Fairfield CT to make an Amazon return and to purchase INK.

The employee whose name tag says "NICK" was EXTREMELY arrogant and disrespectful. His behavior says that he didn't want to WORK. He growled at me and seemed very angry while handling my Amazon return. He seemed upset for having to WORK.

I was very polite and respectful to employee "NICK" the whole time, hoping he would check his attitude, but he didn't. He growled at me and made angry faces and behaved like a PETULANT child.

Management needs to provide him with proper training.

After i was done with the Amazon return, i hurried out of the store. I didn't even bother shopping at Staples for the ink i needed for my printer.. I'll never return to Staples.

What a wanton waste of resources..... =[ With all the money and brain power available in this area, it should be an easy fix to create an irrigation system that isn't nearly as wasteful. This is a coastal community and access to water is a key part of the environment. I would expect a huge retailer or the management company for this location to be able to afford the proper engineering designs so that they're environmental impact was not in the negative. I sincerely hope someone can find it in their budget to take care of the community and reduce the utter waste of water going on here. My husband and I were there Tues evening around 4:30-4:45pm for the TSA pre check service. We went in and a couple was leaving and we were the only 2 there. The guy (who was a pot-bellied man, dark hair) said "Do you have an appointment?" We replied "No." To be honest, we didn't know we had to have appointment. We had the application filled out online but didn't see.the part about an appointment. The guy goes "Well good thing I have time!" and proceeded to be rude to us. We decided to say nothing in response but his rudeness caught us off guard. Like, dude the comment was so unnecessary.
