worst place in history... poor service! Very poor service... I went in around 3 o'clock yesterday to get tea and a bottle of water. the two young sloppy girls were distracted with a man, i was at the drive thru, idk what made them become so rude with me as opposed to the man on the inside, however the girl gave me my tea and said have a nice day she slammed the window shut before I can even say thank you or anything at all I stood there waiting for my bottle of water since she was clearly distracted. After waiting for a good minute or so she opened the window gave me the water shut the window again aggressively, looked at me and said "you're welcome" again I didn't even have a chance to say anything because she was so aggressive and eager to get back to the man I guess she was trying to show off in some sort for this man or maybe she just had a bad day whatever the case maybe she should have not treated me that way I come there often and whatever I am I'm still a customer and it is based on customer service I did nothing wrong at that point I was so frustrated I just cussed her out. Not only did they look very sloppy physically sweatpants nasty hair piercings whatever it may have been but they also acted very sloppy had she smiled politely or been kind I wouldn't be so arrogantto judge them by the way they looked. Which is totally irrelevant. I'm not a young high school student I'm a grown woman who did nothing wrong to these girls and for them to have treated me that way really really angered me. last time for me. ill take my couple of dollars somewhere else, I'm sure they prefer male customers...

I prefer Doughnut Inn for their pricing and quality of coffee. Recommend to just go inside as the service is often quicker than drive-thru because many prefer the drive-thru option. The reason this place is not 5 stars is well within their control. With customer service, I should expect to be greeted kindly and not have attitude flung my way because I order an iced coffee from drive through. There is one employee in particular who never seems to be in a good mood, and treats customers like an inconvenience. While the majority of employees are really polite and cordial, this one tends to give the entire establishment a sour taste in my mouth. I don’t often write reviews but this experience warrants one. The girls who ‘helped’ me were clearly not interested in being helpful. The first girl cut off her sentence to me to speak excitedly to a friend in her headset. The second was so palpably angry that I actually felt bad for her. I know there was no reason for her to be angry at me, so I could only assume that her glare, scowl, and loud sighs were directed at the injustices of her own life. Though of course the behavior was a bit unnerving when her eyes were steadily on me throughout.

Maybe they all just intensely hate walk-in customers when most people use the drive through. I certainly felt hated.
