Dunkin' — Restaurant in Fairfield

Wow - what an unexpected treat. I had my car's oil changed nearby, so I had to park myself someplace for over an hour. I could go to the diner across the street, but I thought this spot would be more laid back & casual. This is the best Dunkin' I've ever been to, tho I haven't been to many. Every table & chair (& the floor!) was sparkling clean. The employees were super-polite & cheerful, and the coffee was straight-up perfect. Tons of customers came in during my stay, and they represented all walks of life, and they, too, were upbeat and friendly to one another. Seemed like lots were regulars. Periodically, a gentleman came around to the tables & gave them a quick cleaning, while greeting customers as they appeared. Lastly, I visited the "ladies' room," and that was just as impressive as the rest of the shop. Perfectly clean & well-stocked. This is the place to beat, and the Management should be proud of the employees running this shop. I look forward to frequenting this happiness hut on a regular basis. I usually got a drinks from this place when I’m around the area yesterday I order 2 LG lemonade one plain and the other with flavor when I got to the window they was already make the drinks but they said they don’t have a flavor and I said it fine when I try it one taste good and the other was very watery and have bad taste and turned back and all crew when I told them the lemonade tasted like bad water with hit of lemonade they start laughing and making comment out of contest no one apologize and the manager i assume wasn’t said anything and everyone was just laughing . Although only one man was working, he clearly knew what he was doing. Not only did he serve me the best cup of coffee that I've ever had from a Dunkin Donuts, he also ran the entire drive through line himself. He managed to make coffee, cook food, run the register, run the drive through and wipe down tables completely solo. The atmosphere was good too. This particular Dunkin Donuts has a nice layout with plenty of space and sensible seating arrangements. It's also in a good location with ample parking.
