Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Fairhaven

my apologies go out to the store. I guess I messed up putting in my order online. I guess you can give the driver one to five stars but I guess you can also do it before the guy gets there. So I guess I hit the one star, and the manager actually called or somebody did from the store. I had no idea I did it. They thought I put it in before the guy got here and I didn’t realize that it affects the employees at the store. So, pay attention to what you’re doing on the online stuff is what I learned and , this is always our go to place. So if you want good service, the delivery guys been here a few times he’s great. Picked up food thru take out window, very convenient! But person working just said my name i said yes and gave $2 tip and he just took it with no thank you or have a good night! Believe me I know $2 is no big deal but besides that just have a good night wud if been nice since I said that to him! Good mood bad mood u can still be nice ! Placed an order that was delivered to the wrong address. Called to inquire and got a young person that was rude and hung up on me when I asked to speak to a Manager and requested a refund. We pay for the cost of the pizza and then a delivery fee and I left a tip. I am all for supporting local owned franchises and even young people new to customer service but this Manager needs to know the type of service this crew is providing to customers.
