There are not enough good things I can possibly say to properly express how wonderful the staff, atmosphere, beverages, and food are at this Starbucks location.
From management, such as Mitch and Anastasia, to each and every barista, this Starbucks is by far one of the best I have ever been a customer at ā which is saying a lot because I lived in the Pacific Northwest where they began, and they have a location on every corner!
I always receive my order exactly as I asked it to be, and it is served with warmth, care, and love. Everyone goes out of their way to make me feel like I am at a small mom and pop coffee shop; they know my name, my motherās name, our regular order, and they are sweet enough to write encouraging and lovely notes to remind us that they care for and appreciate us.
I admit that I frequent them probably more than I should, but I love having conversations with every barista. They work so hard to make certain every customer is given a five-star experience, even though every customer does not treat them respectfully or in a dignified manner.
I understand how difficult their job is and I applaud them for bringing sunshine to my day! Next time you stop in, please remember they are beautiful, hardworking people, whose only goal is to fulfill your order as efficiently and perfectly as possible. (Btw, I am not now, nor have I ever been, an employee of Starbucks.)
Lastly, I want to thank each individual that works at this Starbucks for caring enough about me to ask how I am doing during a very difficult time in my life. Your empathy and compassion is not only appreciated, but seen as a gift! I am grateful for your service, your kindness, and your individuality. As always, I hope everyone treats you with the respect you deserve, and I wish each day is filled with happiness, gratitude, rainbows, and love!

Went by and made my order through the drive thru, I was asked twice what my order was, then I was sitting there waiting to be told when to drive up and that my order confirmation was complete, mind you Iām the only one in the drive thru after a few seconds he said drive up. I then get to the window I was asked again my order for the third time and my coffee was iced, then my order was made wrong and I was given hot. My order was remade and then still wrong because I paid extra for extra toppings etc ⦠then they gave me an attitude about how to order my drink. I told them I donāt think so because I am always very clear about what I order considering I am a daily customer of Starbucks and Iām very uptight about getting a drink how I want for $10 and on top of it I use to work at Starbucks ā¦. It wasnāt busy I could see if they were overwhelmed with things but unsure really what the issue was yet again today for the second time. Then someone came thru the drive thru and I could hear them trying to get someoneās attention to make an order and the manager who is a married man and whom I believe is the manager kept pressing a button on his head seat and disregarding the customer. The key to this drink being good is letting the tea steep before adding it to ice and I could tell that step was skipped here. The tea was sadly weak. The vanilla bean powder was also caked at the bottom. I mixed it in just a few seconds but smh. What is this, Dunkin? For $8 mix in your powders and steep your tea Starbucks!
