Had never visited this location but decided hey what the hell. I should have went somewhere else. I didnt order anything different than usual....decided to get the special on the sign....it was a smokey chicken with extra pepper jack. Anyone who gets extra cheese on a footlong knows that 4 slices get applied down that span the entire sandwich and then another 4 slices....Since the glass was blocked I couldnt see what the guy was doing and before i could say anything the sandwich went into the toaster. We were in the middle of a conversation when he took my sandwich out of the toaster when I saw it and the gentleman was finishing a sentence " I dont visit other subways because the people dont know what they doing" when I saw my sandwich I immediately said "looks like some people dont know how to put cheese on a sandwich either, its all melting off of one end bunched on the other" the guy didnt say anything so I proceeded to get my vegis, etc.....I wish I got a picture for what he did but when I tell you that Stevie Wonder could have made my sandwich better than what that looked like. 1 triangle of cheese was half off one end melted on the paper and the other 7 triangles were bunched on top of the other end, like not evenly spaced. I couldnt believe it. Anyway I received my discount and proceeded to tip him 10% I hope he gets all of his tip too, the whole $0.39 cents. Unbelievable. Read moreWhen arriving I notice a worker older women,short hair, thin. I saw that she was on the phone so I stood there and waited for her. Not once did she acknowledge me. Say give me a second,I'll be with you. After waiting about 10 minutes I said excuse me. Keep in mind I'm on my lunch break. She still didn't respond and then placed her finger over her ear and still didn't look at me or in my direction. Which this is very rude and disrespectful. After waiting another 10mins I left. So I tried placing another order and the same thing happened. I didn’t get a confirmation number, email or text for either order but I was charged for both of them.
