We decide to eat here based on previous experiences. Today was totally different occasion the waitress brought us our drinks was pretty quick and that was the best part of the night. The same waitress who took our drink order was talking to 2 gentleman for about 15 min and walk past us, we had to get her attention to order our food!! The whole time since drink and food was delivered nobody came to check on us. I was more willing to order multiple drinks but no one came to see if we wanted more to drink until we were done eating!! This waitress would have gotten a better tip If she just paid just a little more attention to others in the restaurant

I really hope someone reads this and response because I would like to see what the response will be since I was Gm at a restaurant!!!

This is totally unacceptable and I felt as a paying customer that only regulars got the attention not someone walking in!!!!

If I could give less than 1...

Second trip. Bad news? Loaded tots with steak were 1. Fries with 2. Four edible pieces of beef. Very bummer. GOOD NEWS? Got Swiss mush onion burger. Ate half and half the fries. It was good! BUT! Reheating both on a covered plate in the microwave at 60% WAS GREAT! Fries, too. Classic burger with everything listed, Mushroom burger, Hot burger. They were all excellent. Well seasoned, properly cooked, 2 thin patties. The classic they chop onion, lettuce (leaf), and tomatoes and sprinkle that on the burger. Interesting. I'll try that at home. Made it easy to eat Fries are as good as any can be. No cutlery and could have used it but a good French fry can serve as a spreading device for mayo so I didn't bother the only woman I saw running the front of the house Truth beer I loved. Quite British in flavor. Next time I'll get it in a warmer glass. Looking forward to a return. Luckily I'm in the neighborhood...

Caroline was my server and was so kind and quick! I placed my appetizer order and figured I would put my main course in as well, both dishes came out minutes apart from one another. I was shocked at how fast the service was, but appreciative. I ordered the pretzels and was pleased that they were bites but sticks. They came out piping hot (I had to use a knife and fork). My main course was the classic burger (with lettuce and pickles) I added ketchup and mustard. It came with two patties (I wasn’t expecting that at all, and the bun was buttered and toasted perfectly. I had to cut it in four pieces to eat it, and enjoyed every bit. The fries were crispy and thick. I was not disappointed at all with my meal. I was hoping the atmosphere would have more of the 80s/90s feel that was mentioned in previous reviews but overall I had a good experience. I’d come back again. Ask...

It was a wonderful place to go to. Are we definitely enjoyed our meal. We got the jalapeno bacon wrapped poppers, bacon cheddar burger, bacon jam burger and Mexican street corn. The food came out hot, fast and fresh. The Mexican street corn was very delicious, perfectly seasoned so one of the burgers. The only suggestion I would make is to go a little less on the bacon and jam but that's my own preference. Everybody has a different preference. The servers were great. They never left our glasses empty and we're very attentive to our table and all the other tables around. And I will say there was only two of them and they were doing a better job than I've seen restaurants with 10 to 15 servers on the floor.

This was my first experience at CHEERS and it was fantastic! I enjoyed the music and the food was EXCELLENT! I had a reuben that was absolutely loaded and hard to get my mouth open wide enough to take a bite. (It was a good problem to have). Please pass my compliments to the chef! Michael took good care of me and Caroline checked up on me as well. Thank you for the great customer service! I definitely recommend going here if you have the opportunity and want some good food. Also.....if you happen to be a guy sitting at the bar - DO NOT whistle for the bartender to get you a drink. Show some class and respect!
