So I go into Michaels to pick something up from curbside and also to do a return. At the cash register, the cashier was unable to scan the barcode on the product for the return so she had to enter it in manually. After her third attempt and the line growing longer she got irritated and frustrated. She finally got the number to go through and begin the return. She then told me to put the card in that I used to pay for the item with. I said can you tell me the last four digits because I have more than one card and I don't know which one I used. I said I have like nine cards it could have gone on and I don't recall do you have the last four digits of the number? She then looked at me and said "come on Jamie, just freaking pick one." She was not pleased and came off as quite quite rude. I put in the first card I saw in my wallet and she said oh that's it and continued with my return. We finished and I left I'm unhappily at her comment. I get home and I realize once I looked at my accounts that was not the card that I used to pay for the item so therefore I did not get my return. Grant said it was only for $8 but that was my $8... There is a hobby lobby less than half a mile away then that's Michael's and Joannns right down the street less than a mile away. Read morePlaced an order for pickup at 12:45pm. I only placed it for pickup rather than getting the items myself in store because the sale on my items was online only. Called at 2:45pm for an update as the website says online orders will be ready within 2 hours and was told by a nice employee that the order could take all day if not until tomorrow because they get over a hundred orders a day. At 8pm I contacted customer service on the website because my order still said in progress - although I had not been notified, they said my order had been ready for 2 hours. When I drove half an hour at 9:00pm to get my order because the hours on Google Maps said 8am-10pm, I was met with locked doors and hours stated 9am-9pm. The worst part is that Google Maps says the employer updated their hours on the app 4 days ago. I’m so irritated that I made this hour round trip drive for absolutely nothing.
