So I decided to use my monthly rewards on my order for a Greek gyro combo. My pickup time was at 7:30 I arrived at 7:35. When I walked in I wasn’t acknowledged by anyone maybe they didn’t see me, there’s a man counting money in the back and a girl on her phone in the corner. Another guests arrives and waits beside me and asks have I been helped yet? I told him not yet and he says maybe they hate us. The girl looks up at me, looks away, looks back and says “DoorDash”? I tell her no I have an online order. The man puts an order on the counter far from me so I continue to wait. He notices that I didn’t check the bag so he then decides to move the bag closer to me. I look at the name of the bag and it’s not my order. So I tell him that, he then asks for my name. I tell him my name and he says that’s the order for the Greek gyro we are out of that, you will need to go on the app and get a refund. The man wasn’t knowledgeable on how to give a refund through the app yet had a smart remark with it as well. Bad customer service was given and unfriendly staff. Read moreThis is probably the first time I've had Arby's and at least 10 years. I got a buffalo chicken sandwich and my daughter got a plain chicken sandwich. We also got two large orders of curly fries and we each got a milkshake. I got plain vanilla and my daughter got a cinnamon caramel shake. The shakes were extremely thick and it took a good 10 minutes before I was able to drink it without struggling. I really like the buffalo chicken sandwiches. It was a softer texture chicken and not a crispy exterior. I liked the amount of Buffalo sauce that they used but when I tried biting through it the sandwich literally fell apart. So it had a good amount of sauce but it may have been too much sauce because it's soaked the bread and made the sandwich not keep its shape. Read moreIf I could give negative stars I would. I went through the drive through and ordered mozzarella sticks. The employee at the window tells me they are dropping them so they would be fresh but that they take 3 minutes to cook and proceeds to have me park. After 20 minutes of waiting and now me being late for work I call in there since they have the dining room locked at 2pm. The employee that answers the phone acts put out and says I will be out in a minute to speak to you. He comes out and has to take my card inside to issue me a refund. He didn’t apologize or anything just acted like it was my fault I wanted a refund. So after 30 minutes I had no food and a really bad experience from the employee.
