I stood in a long line waiting to order. I waited patiently while watching one person work and the other 4 screw around. It was finally my turn and i ordered a small cup of the cinnamon nuggets. The warmer was full of pretzel nuggets. She told me they were out of smalls but i could wait 30 minutes for the next batch. I asked if she could poor a small cup from one of the large cups she had in the warmer and she said no. So i basically wasted 20 minutes in line waiting for nothing. While waiting in line i also saw them replenish product without rotating the food in the warmer. I feel bad for who ever gets the stuff closest to the window. My husband, son & I was there today (Jan 31 2021) around between 12 to 1. There was a guy trying to check out and his cards kept getting declined, & the guy that helped us get our order together (we didn’t get his name sadly) pulled money out of his own pocket & gave the change to the guy to keep. It was one of the kindest things we have seen & I wish we got his name because he deserve recognition for this. There are still good people in this world. And I hope the company takes the time to figure out who it was.

I made a mobile order around 3pm to be picked up at 3:45pm. When I arrived around 3:42, a worker told me that the hot chocolate frost would need about 40 minutes to be defrosted... additionally, when I asked to pick up my order, the other worker didnt even realize there was a mobile order. I made the mobile order 45 minutes before I picked it up yet the drink wasnt ready?? Anyways, I asked for a refund on the drink after they gave me my pretzal nuggets. They took a long time to refund me and kept staring at me as I waited... so 3 of the workers kept looking at me over and over. Finally, they gave me a cash refund rather than refund the card I made the order on. Which of course they didnt ask how I'd like...
