Just the idea of an Italian-style fast food restaurant has a certain je ne sais quoi that would appeal to most, if not all, food lovers and pasta enthusiasts, myself included. I was thoroughly impressed by the vast amount of meals to choose from and the amazingly low prices. My order of tortellini alfredo topped with chicken and broccoli, two delicious garlic breadsticks, a slice of cheese pizza, a medium Coke and a big chocolate-chunk cookie for dessert came to a grand total of $12.25 at the window. The portions were a lot larger than I expected so, naturally, I ate until I could barely move and saved the rest for later. I would say that my favorite parts of the meal were the pizza and breadsticks. The breadsticks were phenomenal. They were perfectly coated in garlic and butter and were basically free. However, the pasta was a bit of a disappointment. The noodles tasted strange and the sauce was bland, but overall it was still a decent dish. The food did not leave me feeling queasy or bloated like other fast food restaurants such as McDonald’s and Taco Bell. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to a family on the go. The drive-through is fast and the prices are relatively low. The food, though on the cheaper side, seemed like a healthier alternative to other fast food restaurants and burger joints in the area. I’d give it...

I had gone here recently to get their spaghetti special to go. It was approximately 9:30 PM. When I got home and removed the dish my wife said "oh my lord" there are several hairs in the food!!!! It just wasn't one, but many!!! It actually looked as though somebody serving the the food was losing their hair? I said just throw it away and I'll take in my receipt to the manager tomorrow. The next day when I went in, I immediately recognized a woman whom I wouldn't let pet my dog because she's such a scank. So while I'm explaining this to this girl, she states " you should have called, we would have put you in the book"?? In steps the manager and states in his ignorant tone " we would gladly give you the exact dish to replace last night's meal, but WE WONT GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK"!!! I said how are you going to give me food back from a kitchen that's questionable in the first place! At this point he moved behind the counter and just started running his mouth. As I looked around, the place had a smell of a dirty mop or something of that nature. The employees did not look clean what so ever, And the food servers in the filthy back area were NOT wearing head coverings! Thank you, but I'll never be back. It was worth the nine dollars to be able to walk in and verify the nastiness...

Went in for some pizza and unlimited breadsticks and as my friend and I were eating the pizza I mentioned the pizza tasted weird. I inspected the slice I was eating and it was UNCOOKED! The cheese was melted and pepperoni looked crispy but the dough was still just that DOUGH. My stomach immediately started turning and ruined my dinner. We did not complain nor asked to speak to a manager or wanted a refund but just wanted to inform them the quality of food they are serving to people and that they should pull the pizza they served us off and as the girl walked by me to deliver another customers food I pulled her over and showed her our pizza and she said “oh well the night people prep that” it was 8pm…we packed our things and refilled our drinks and another girl walked over she said “whats the problem” and we showed her the obvious uncooked pizza and told her they should probably not serve anymore pizza and instead of an apology or acknowledging the inconvenience she looked me dead in the face and said “well thats how it comes” which I responded it comes uncooked? She said yeah it’s doughy. I have eaten here on several occasions and have never been...

Food’s great, service is fast — no complaints there. But the landscaping could definitely use some love. The area by the drive-thru just looks like someone spilled a bag of lava rocks and called it a day. Some fresh mulch, cleaner borders, maybe a few low-maintenance plants or even flowers would make a huge difference. This place could easily look like one of the newest spots on the block with a quick facelift. And since it’s the only Fazoli’s around, it’s definitely worth investing in — even small updates would go a long way in making it feel more welcoming and modern. Ty for coming to my Ted talk.

It was my first time here, got my order went to go eat and noticed a white hair. I went up to the store told one of the workers about what I had found on my food and he seemed to be very rude about it. He replaced it and handed me the order and said “Hair Free” in such a rude way. I told him the hair was in the food I tried to show him and told him I even took pictures and he just turned away all moody. Hope he doesn’t treat other customers like that.
