LoLo's Boss Pizza - Fairview — Restaurant in Fairview

Wowwy wow. Ordered a few pizzas at 7, and it said it would take about 2 hours to get here, all good! I just assumed they were busy! But I tried to call and make sure they understood what I ordered for one of my pizzas. I called a few times, and there was no answer. Then the calls just started going straight to voicemail mail. Wow. So I called the Troutdale location to ask them if they could relay my message, and they answered, were very nice and I think they tried to relay the message. Later, I called about the status of my pizza, and they answered! The lady who answered was very nice, but the other lady they asked about the status was so rude. Was short and snappy about the pizza, that the last one was going in the box and she would deliver it on her way home. I got the pizza and she was nice when she delivered it (short haired tomboy girl), and I said thank you and was very polite despite how I was treated through the whole situation. When I inspected the pizzas, the one I was concerned about and tried to call them about had not been fixed. I was so disappointed. We’re still munching on them, and they ARE good, so I’m happy about that. But I tipped 20%, and that came out to a bit over $20. And had I known this is how I would be treated, I would have tipped way less. Pizza is good! Service...

I love the food, the ambiance ( the walls could be painted a nicer color), the service is good, I didn't give it 5 stars because we weren't given napkins or a glass of water, and we were told the curtains had to be open outside so they could see us.. like we were going to steal or something. Service could definitely improve!. The prices are reasonable, the outdoor area is ok if you don't mind eating next to a parking lot, I do believe they have an outdoor area near the building, but I have not been there so I am not 100 per cent sure . My daughter loves this place this is why I gave it 4 stars, I would personally give it 3 because of the service. Waitresses do have a smile on their face, and are personable and nice but they need to make sure water, napkins, utensils are available. I really wanted to give this spot 5 stars but the large cheese pizza we got for our kids was over cooked and hard (see photo). The other pizza we ordered was great! It was an online order so I picked up and we were pretty disappointed when we opened the box. Kids were not into either, sad dinner time for us. The location is cute, staff were excellent, so we will probably try it again but dine in so we aren’t stuck with a subpar pizza.
