Me and my pregnant wife went this place because it looked great and it had almost 5 stars. Unfortunately this was not the case for the two of us. I ordered Conch "Carrucho Fresco" and Arroz Mamposteao and I had to tell the waitress to take the plate back to the chef because the seafood smelled terrible it was not fresh, she said everything was fresh and I told her to smell it and she did not do it, I asked her to change it for shrimp and when I got the plate back the smell was still there because the rotten juice went a little bit to the rice so they did not changed the rice even though it smelled like death. I ate the shrimps and some rice that did not have the smell and decided to leave like that I really wanted to leave the restaurant without paying but, that is not me and I will not put my wife in danger for some incompetence from the restaurant in case they called the cops and they ended up ruin our vacations. The waitress seemed to be a little upset but, sorry I am not willing to risk my vacation for food poisoning. My 7months pregnant wife had a similar experience, only that she could not finish her plate and ended up throwing up everything because the food was bad she did not have to throw up food since her first trimester but, oh well this plate made her do it. My wife ordered Red Snapper fillet and mushroom cream over rice and it was a recommendation from the waitress which was horrible, we definitely did not enjoy this place and will never go back there ever again. Go at your own risk and pray that food poisoning does not ruin your vacations. We spent $88 dollars and the whole experience was terrible. If I could give zero stars I would. Not...

Couldn’t really believe it. Waited 90+ minutes for the wrong dish. Ordered Gnocchi with cream sauce and shrimp. Received fettuccine with some frozen shrimp and a bland sauce. Upon pointing out the error, the waitress and her colleague (maybe manager) told me that she said that the gnocchi would be substituted because they ran out before I ordered. She never said this! I would notmally be fine with this, if the price was maybe adjusted or if it tasted good. Nope, the fettuccine was grossly overdone and soft, not properly prepared. All after waiting for over 90 minutes!! Other members of my party ordered fish dishes, they were all underwhelming and pretty bland. Paying nearly $30 for each dish, you’d expect maybe a garnish or sides, decent presentation? Nope, not here. I wish I were exaggerating! No apologies or concerns, but they did automatically comp my Gnocchi (or lack thereof). Not like they had much of a choice.. What a bummer! This was my first supper in Puerto Rico and it was insanely underwhelming. Luckily other places in Luquillo where I was staying were of better quality, price, and nicer service, even the takeaway spots. I’d accompany photos of the food but we were all less than satisfied with the products that were delivered and had to seek food elsewhere, not really in the mood to take pictures by 10-10:30 at night. The Church’s Chicken on the way back was really good in comparison, and was far cheaper!

TL:DR Prices were high, waits were insane (wasn’t busy either) and the food was not very good at all....

While the place looks great aesthetically, the service was poor. I got married minutes from the restaurant at Parque Pasivo Las Croabas and thought it was convenient to have my wedding party of 25 just walk here.. What a mistake that was.. We had 1 server for 25 people.. we waited almost an hour just to get WATER.. WHY? that's typically the first thing to come out.. the orders were taken.. half of my party didn't speak Spanish (they got their food first somehow) and the other half that did speak Spanish got their orders but was incorrect.. and how is it that I, the bride, got my order LAST!!! 😒 SO by that point I told them to put it in a box.. after reading recent reviews similar to mine I think the restaurant is experiencing major ISSUES.. I thought by meeting with the chef and expressing our expectations the night before that we would have a great experience.. IT WAS A NIGHTMARE especially on my wedding night.. maybe they can only handle small groups I don't know but I would say don't even bother going here, even though it's very attractive...
