Went here with my nieces and we were accused of stealing. My husband and my two nieces ordered food in addition to drinks. I ordered a bagel, a croissant, bagel twist and another item. We were missing the bagel twist for my 10 year old niece. When I politely explained to the girl on duty, she gave me a suspicious look and asked to see our bag… she then pointed to the croissant I had in my hands and exclaimed that was it. Apologies if she’s reading this post and can’t make out the big words. So I had to open my sandwich and show her it wasn’t a bagel twist. Luckily, she was able to tell the difference between twisted dough and a sandwich (phew!) After several minutes a gentleman showed up and stressed that he definitely put the item in the bag… I asked if he was calling me a liar, and he stated he was not but pretty sure he put it in the bag… it wasn’t until I threatened to call corporate that they gave me the item I paid for (confirmed on my receipt). I do realize sometimes muppet drive through workers don’t put the entire order in. This was not the case, we paid for the item. This incident happened 2 weeks ago, I’ve not really had the time to sit down and write this review. I do plan on calling corporate, just making both individuals involved sweat a bit as what they did to me and my husband especially in front of my two nieces was extremely unacceptable. I can promise both of you that your behavior won’t be tolerated. By the time I am done making my point, both parties involved will pray to actually lose their jobs....

When I placed my order at the drive thru the employee was very Rudy and unpleasant, then when I approached the window to retrieve my order I was greeted with the manager who cashing guests out so I took the opportunity to explain to her that the worker who took my order was very rude to me and it seemed as if she was mad and taking it out on customers and that this was not good customer service the way she handled it was unprofessional she laughed in my face and said oh ok... Top it all off they got my order wrong but after all that I wasn't going back! Not even for a free coffee customer service here is horrible and I'm one of those individuals who values great service and would rather drive an extra mile or two to go to another location where I will get a pleasant individual take my order and greeted with a smile. Not with rudeness and misery. On that note don't go to this dunking service here is horrible your better of driving around the block to the one on pleasant st. Where they are...

I have been in customer service for over 13 years and a Manager for 8 years. It is very distasteful when the Manager is talking about employees to other employees while their is customers sitting in the building. As I sit there and listen, the Manager is talking about Shawna requesting the day off today and another girl who quit the other day just before her shift and replies to her employee out on the floor that she can take her 10-2 shifts. In all my years of being a Manager I have never talked about any employees business out on the floor or to any other employees!
