I hate to leave a poor review, but service at this location has consistently been going downhill and my last experience was my last straw. I placed an online order for carryout for a pizza with 3 toppings. I came in to pick it up and it took a minute, but they handed me my box. I went out to my car, but thought to check the box and it was a plain cheese pizza. I went back in to see if it was a screw up. They said sorry, and handed me a different box. I walked out to my car again, but thankfully checked again because it was a supreme pizza (not my toppings). I went back in and they looked around for 5 minutes then said they would have to remake it. I sat in the store for 30 minutes while they remade my pizza, with no urgency or sincere apology. When they finally gave me the pizza that I ordered, they said I could grab a drink on my way out...no other offer to make up for the disaster of a visit. I don't even drink soda, so that offer was worthless. I place the online order for carry out so that I can run in and out in less than a minute. Read moreI will definitely not recommend this Dominos Pizza branch (W. Broad St. Falls Church, VA). I ordered online at 7:38pm and got to the store to pick it up at 8:15pm as it shows online it would only take 10-15mins and in the online tracker, it shows it's ready. But when I got to the store, the cashier said that the tracker is not accurate. Fine, I waited. Then another customer showed up and ordered only at the store. I followed up at 8:35pm and the cashier said it's in the oven. What's even more annoying is, this new customer who arrived 15 minutes later than me, they got their orders ready (2 medium pizzas and another separate box). And when I followed up with the cashier at 8:50pm and complained how come the customer's order after me was done and mine was not ready yet whereas I ordered only 1 large pizza? The cashier's response was "if you want, we can just refund your money". Really? After I waited for more than 30 minutes in the store and ordered online at 7:38pm this is what you'll get as a proposed solution? The cashier should have been honest from the start that my order was not cooked at all from the time it was ordered and from the time I got to store?...
Read moreOrder placed at 5:38pm, online site said 38min estimated delivery time. Currently 6:45pm and we are STILL waiting for delivery. No one is answering phones in the store, have called 3x for 15min hold each, forced to listen to the same automated marketing message with no one answering.
All we want to do at this point is cancel our order but there is no mechanism for doing so if no one will answer the phone. Poor customer service.
Find another store to order from if you can, this one is clearly poorly managed.
UPDATE: Delivery finally arrived at 7:01pm. Can't wait for some automated message comment below telling me to contact an email to make up for it like all the other poor reviews. DONT...
