Update 2: Red-haired barista, who claims she started in 2004, was rude. I inquired about product in the case, and she badgered me with questions to clarify, so I stopped the abuse my turning away. She could have simply come to the front of the counter and asked what I was inquiring about. Like so many in retail, she says "Sir" to pretend courtesy, then becomes almost vociferous when customers need help.
I think she also gave free drinks to what seemed to be neighborhood peeps who likely would have failed a sobriety test.
Man barista did not offer a plate even though I was eating on site. So I ate on a paper bag.
Update: Woke mgmt allows people to sleep in the chairs. Not a place to bring children. Go next door to Tropic Grill.

Read moreI typically don’t come to this location but being that I had an exam at Prometric, it was the most convenient. I am a Starbucks phonetic and everyone is usually (super) friendly, no matter what location I run into. I walked in, got my coffee quickly, which was great. The time was between 5:30am-6:00am, I had to review some important material before my test. I realized the music was obnoxiously loud so I asked one of the two ladies to please turn it down. She said “yeah I know I can barely hear any customers, I will tell blah blah blah” of course, someone else. I didn’t know such a simple request would require an escalation. I sat there, studied, looked around and no one did anything about it. I have never seen such disregard at a local Starbucks. Be CONSIDERATE and KIND. It’s FREE! It was a simple request and no one budged. I won’t come back here for this...
Read moreI was always impressed how this Starbucks always had it together, and with app orders ready when they say they will be. The manager with the ponytail- Dave I think? Is always so friendly and helpful. But if he isn’t there that day, this place seems to be a mess. The last several mornings (over a few weeks) I’ve ordered my coffee and breakfast sandwich well in advance, they have not had the sandwich ready for more than 10 mins past the estimated time ready. A few minutes, okay, more than 10- now I’m late for work. The baristas seem super flustered and making excuses that someone’s not there, or they’re really busy. Instead of wait, I asked for a refund of the missing item. The first time they didn’t know how to do that, but luckily today they took care of it promptly. I will be more hesitant about ordering from this location in the morning...
