Ordered takeout from here and made specifications due to allergies on the order. Picked up and took it home got ready to sit and eat and find that NONE of the specifications made were followed. I called the restaurant and the girl who answered was nice and offered an apology and to remake it. I understand mistakes happen and have worked in food service before so offered to pick up a newly made dinner. Picked it up, got home, had the same seasoning we are allergic to on it. Called back and spoke the same girl answered and I told her it was wrong again. She apologized and put Josh who said he is a manager on and I told him what happened. He replied 'I will take your word for it my to go staff always check orders' which is implying I might be doing this to get free food. So I explained that I would like my money back and I will bring the dishes back to show him that I'm not making it up. He got very defensive about the matter. When I took it back to show him he inspected the one dish that was mixed up that we tried to mask with the sauce in the dish and it was difficult to see and showed the second dish that was completely untouched and he still proceeded to try to make it off like I was overreacting. He refunded me but made a point to still make me feel like im wrong. Also when I walked in to get my money back a few employees rolled their eyes and ignored me by standing in the kitchen and sarcastically told the manager I was there. Your staff is extremely unprofessional and need to be retrained! I will never eat at ANY chilis again after this experience. My money back is not enough for the inconvenience I have had...
Read moreWe came in for dinner around 8:15 on Saturday June 1st with my wife, 8 year old daughter, and 17 month old daughter. We were seated quickly and the staff was very friendly. Waitress took our order in a timely manner and dinner was out pretty quickly. My wife ordered the fajitas as she loves them there and the steak came out under cooked. Wouldn't normally be a problem but my wife is pregnant with our third and can not eat under cooked meat. The manager stepped in within 2-3 mins of the food being brought to the table. My wife being a server a long time ago did not want them to do anything and explained it was not the servers fault. The manger insisted she would have another one made and bring it to the table. During this time our 17 month old was just about ready for bed and wasn't about sitting at the table anymore. My wife took her outside to calm her as I waited for the check. The manager personally brought my wife's fajitas back to the table. I had to ask them to be boxed up so we could get the check and go on our way. She took them back right away and got them boxed up. Upon getting the check she comped the fajitas and said I can completely understand how your wife is feeling and to have a great night. It's people like this who can make an experience great. Even though it was an eventful night it was still one that impressed us enough to write this review. Thank you to the waitress and management that worked last night to help make a bad night a lot easier. We appreciate everything that you did going above...
Read moreWaitress was the best part of the dinner. She was very accommodating, friendly, and did a great job. Without her, this would be a 1 star rating. We were a large party who called in the morning to reserve our table. Upon arrival we were told we had to wait for another party to finish before we could sit, even though the restaurant was more than half empty. Ok. No biggie, the wait wasn't long. The biggest complaint was the food and the manager on duty. My Cajun pasta was bland and cold. I didn't send it back because someone with us sent their steak back already. Their medium rare steak was medium well. The replacement steak was grey (no sear) and raw in the middle. The manager was a condescending child who came out and said "Let me get this right. You want a steak with a sear, that isn't overcooked." I wish text could convey the attitude this "manager" had. He Then went on to inform us uneducated people that all they have is a flat top, so our steak request was impossible. While sitting across from a perfectly cooked medium rare steak someone else ordered, and 2 people who had sizzling fajitas on cast iron pans. If you can't cook a steak (or can only do one per table properly) you have no business having it on the menu. This was my first visit here, and certainly my last. The manager is absolutely the reason why I won't be back. You can have a bad food night here and there, but allowing people into management who behave like spoiled children is the nail...
