We called to make a last-minute reservation for dinner and were pleasantly surprised to be accommodated for 5:30 PM. Later, we read that this spot is walk-in only — which made us feel even more special for being welcomed in. When we arrived, the hostesses immediately noticed we had two little kids with us and thoughtfully switched our seating from high-tops to a regular table on the porch. The view from there was absolutely stunning. Our server, Sophia, was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind — it felt like being taken care of by a good friend. We ordered the seafood platter, clam chowder, lobster bisque, lobster roll, and fish tacos, paired with the spicy mango margarita. Everything was fresh, flavourful, and beautifully prepared. We absolutely loved this place. The friendliness stood out the most — and that’s saying something, coming from a Canadian! I can’t wait to return to Cape Cod and dine again at Falmouth’s Raw Bar.

Visiting Falmouth for a couple days, and looking for somewhere to dine near the water, we decided to try Falmouth Raw Bar. We chose to eat on the deck, overlooking the harbor. Our server was very friendly and attentive, and our food came out quick. I ordered one of the specialty drinks, a lemon martini with a light dusting of cayenne pepper - it was nice, and to me could have used a little more cayenne but I like spicy drinks. I ordered the smaller lobster roll, which was overstuffed and needed to be eaten with a fork before handling. Really nice, sweet pieces of lobster that I shared with my daughter who had ordered the mussels. I would have preferred a more traditional grilled, buttered roll for the lobster, but otherwise - very good.

We stopped in twice for the lobster roll. Once was eat in, once was take out. Wow, was it worth it! Unfortunately, Not all lobster tastes sweet and “close your eyes” awesome. Fortunately, I can definitely say it’s just this way for this lobster meat! Even if the portion wasn’t as large as it is, it’d still be my “go to” Place for a lobster roll. The server was amazing, too. Pleasant, polite and really on top of everything. Go, go, go !!!!! Fast. You will be pleased that you did. And if there’s any issue... speak up. They are accommodating and genuinely apologetic. We’ll be back again and again.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding a recent experience at your restaurant. While I've had 1 positive visits in the past, I will no longer be returning due to the unacceptable service we received.

On our recent visit, we called ahead to inquire about a table for three, including a high chair, and were quoted a 10-minute wait. However, upon arrival with our one-year-old daughter, the wait time inexplicably jumped to 45 minutes. When we were finally seated, we were told your establishment was "not kid-friendly" and that we couldn't use a high chair that was clearly visible and unoccupied near the front entrance. We were instructed to hold our daughter while eating.

We asked three times if we could use the high chair, and each time our request was denied. The last time we asked, the waiter claimed that Pier 37 had borrowed the high chairs, which was contradicted by the high chair still being in plain sight as we left. The tables around us were visibly shocked by how we were treated.

Before leaving a negative public review, I attempted to contact the restaurant manager to discuss this situation. I left three messages and was told I would receive a call back within 48 hours. It has now been a week, and I have yet to receive a response.

I hope you will address these...

Want to start by saying our waitress was wonderful. Food wasn't the greatest. Had wings which were not Fresh and the sliders had frozen patties. Now after a wonderful day on the island what better way to end the day with a nice Cigar. Well we asked if smoking was allowed and was told yes only to be surprised by a guy name Mike who said he is the owner that we were not allowed to smoke. Yes you guessed it other patrons were indeed smoking. Well I decided to approach Mike and ask why we had to put out our Cigar. His answer was the Cigar was too strong and you could smell it throughout the bar. Oh did I forget to mention we were sitting outside, I'm hoping it wasn't because we are 2 women of Color. Well with that being said we will definitely not be patronizing his establishment again and once I have the time to really put this place on Blast I will be mentioning this incident on Instagram and Twitter which I have over 2.5 million followers. Thanks for...

Nice enough location but that is to be expected considering the local. Hostess was super nice and friendly. We only wanted to pit stop for a couple if drinks waterside and watch the last of the sun go down. I asked fir a simple vodka and grapefruit drink. They waiter bringing my drink stopped short of putting it in front of me and said he was taking it back because there was something in it that wasn't right. He then mumble to himself about something floating in it as he walked away. A few minutes later.. he sat a new drink in front of me. I took a sip. It was VERY sweet. And then... Well there it was a strange bit a black something floating around and another piece stuck to the paper straw. And it didn't taste like fresh squeezed juice at all (as described on the menu) but more like the cheap margarita mix you can buy in the big jug at Walmart. So disappointing AND pricey for nothing. We left straight away with full dirty drinks...
