If I could I would give this place 0 stars. Maybe we just caught them at the wrong Day wrong time. Maybe our waitress was having a bad day. Who knows but this was the worst eating experience I have had ever. Start the night off we get seated our waitress takes our order. Never comes back to see if we need more drinks or anything else like a normal person should do. Our oysters never came and we got charged for them. One order was completely forgotten and they admitted it. One order was completely wrong and the waitress insisted it wasn’t and told us well we don’t do it the italian way. (What that is supposed to mean I have no clue) and another order finally arrived when we were all done eating and ready to go. Meaning one person at our party sat there for 40 minutes waiting while we ate our meal after asking them 3 times where this meal was. We complained to the manager got all the messed up orders and drinks taken off our meal paid and left. Yes people have really bad days and we accepted that and moved on. Today I check my credit card and they charged me $200 more than they should have on my card. I will now have to dispute this charge and wish we Never gave a tip even though it was definitely not deserved. What a terrible poor experience. They should be completely...

We were hoping for a nice restaurant to enjoy a water view. There is not a lot of water view at this place, mostly you are sitting under large boats. That would not have been a problem. The service was. It was an unusually chilly evening and windy. We were sitting next to a heater. We asked for it to be turned on. The waitstaff went to check with the manager and came back to say that they only turn it on when it’s dark (we were still 25-30 min away from sunset). It was so cold, half way through dinner my son went to the car to warm up. When they brought sushi order out, they did not bring the soy sauce to go with it… when they brought hot tea (that we were hoping would warm us up as it was a cold evening), they did not bring sugar to go with it. Calamari was served with banana peppers and no marinara sauce… you are starting to get the picture I hope. We left a 20% tip because we felt it was not the waitresses fault it is so mismanaged. Just stay clear, so many other nice places to eat...

I work at a local Resort and Im also A local & Referred alot of out guest LAST summer to The boat house and went there often as well, Because the food WAS amazing! We Just ordered today and it was HORRIBLE!! Clam bellies were extremely tiny( and we called ahead and the girl said they were medium sized...far from medium) over cooked & all batter. Dried out Cod, Cold French fries and WELL done chicken fingers for $95. Whoever the NEW chef aka cook is needs to be fired!! Not good at all!! I recently Referred a few guest there this season and they came back back and told me it wasn't that good an theyd wouldn't go back again. I was shocked because last summer we NEVER had a bad meal!! So We decided to try for the 1st time this season We should have listened. IT WAS AWFUL!! Don't waste your money good place for drinks but that's IT!! Some of the staff members come off super snobby and not welcoming however the bartender kid was super nice. Save your money go to The Shipwrecked or The...

This was our second visit to The Boathouse at Pier 37. We found this place last summer and glad we did. Our journey on the Cape started in Mashpee same as last July but this year instead of a visit to the Commons we spent the afternoon with family who had rented a house in New Seabury. A quick ride to Falmouth after saying goodbye to the pool and Brit led us to supper. Sunday night 6p.m. the wait for a table was 20 minutes for the outside deck... no wait for a booth inside. Being hungry we ate inside, The food was great. I recommend the Seafood Kelly, pan seared scallops, shrimp, and lobster sauteed in a sun-dried tomato lobster cream sauce and tossed in penne. You could easily split this between two people. The presentation of this dish should be featured on the Food Channel. The Bride had Fried Clams which melted in your mouth. The wait staff work hard and we were treated to a beautiful smile and great service. So if your looking for a bite to eat on the Cape we recommend The Boathouse.

JJ isn’t just a security guard—he’s a knight in shining polyester. While we’re inside sipping our Rory-made tequila sodas, he’s outside slaying the most fearsome dragons of nightlife: fake IDs forged in the fiery pits of IDGod, dudes who think Axe body spray counts as cologne, women trying to sneak in mini liquor bottles like it’s Prohibition, and that one guy who insists he can ‘totally handle another round’ (he cannot). I once watched him stop a full-blown bar brawl with a single raised eyebrow—seriously, it was like watching chaos pause out of respect. Another time, he broke up an argument over who stole the last chicken wing, tamed a rogue inflatable flamingo, and rescued a guy who somehow got his foot stuck in a chair—all without breaking a sweat. If chaos is a dragon, JJ is the one-man army with the sword, shield, and unmatched smirk. He doesn’t just guard the bar—he rules it. Long may he reign, and may his polyester never wrinkle.

Dinner was delicious. Gorgeous view of creek and boats. I didn’t want to go at the beginning, because of 4.1 rating here, but my wife said let’s try, stars in Google Maps might lie. During and after our date night together I think those who downgraded this place were either absolutely drunk and sent to their hotel on Uber, despite they wanted to stay, drink and dance more.💃🕺 Our wait time at 7pm on Saturday was only 10mins. 5 stars for everything, we did the right choice at night after our wedding!👰🤵‍♂️
