Do NOT use this company. They are NO good and a bunch of crooks. They came and took measurements for my new blinds (very nice people), and then I received the quote. I called to make an appointment which was set up a few days later. I showed up at the appointment (with their quote, printed) and the person (owner maybe) was no where to be found. I was told he hurt his back. OK? No one called me to reschedule.

Thankfully the nice worker there helped me. I borrowed a few samples based on their quote to bring home to pick (for myself) the blind pattern for my rooms.

I brought them back to the store as promised and started to write up the order. All of a sudden, the person/owner was in the store and started to say things to the nice woman helping me.

He finally came over and started demanding "I can't do these blinds at that price" This is all wrong!

Basically told me the quote They Did and emailed to me was now somehow wrong. WHAT??!!! He said it would be about $1,000.00 more than what their quote state .

The woman who had helped me apologized. He then threw her under the bus. I stood up for her telling him to not blame he .

This was NOT my fault. We were writing up the order and NOW it was going to be $1,000.00 MORE for what I chose based on their quote.

He offered to take off 15%. REALLY, Gee Thanks.

I chose the one because it was priced for what I could afford.

He DEMANDED That If I had put down a deposit, he would have to honor the price they quoted.

I said we should speak on Monday.

I've never heard back. They never called.

TERRIBLE COMPANY. THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR QUOTES.

BEWARE, THEY WILL QUOTE YOU A PRICE IN WRITING, AND THEN CHANGE THE PRICE AT THE LAST MINUTE WHEN YOU GO IN TO PLACE YOUR ORDER!!

We recently renovated our condo in Falmouth and needed window treatments throughout, and many of the windows were not standard sizes. We called Bill Enos (owner) as we had used him several years ago for a very small job in which he happily took care of, and this time was no different.

Bill made it easy for us as he knew exactly which products made the most sense, and he was exactly right. We have no regrets. All products are Hunter Douglas and come with a lifetime warranty. I did have an issue with some stubborn wrinkles in a luminette, but Bill stood by us and made sure Hunter Douglas replaced the unit, even though it took several attempts, we are more than satisfied.

We purchased four products—luminette for slider, shades for slider (with remote which is awesome), vertiglide for slider, and plantation shutters for all other windows. No drapes necessary, just a clean and beautiful look. We are completely satisfied and more importantly, we know if we ever have a problem, Bill will not avoid us . . . he gets back to us in a...
