I called inquiring about a particular pellet grill yesterday and the gentleman that I spoke to was professional and kind. I received a call back this morning from their resident "grill expert" making sure that all of my questions had been answered and that all of my needs had been met. He was incredible. He came off as someone who was passionate about what he does and cares about his customers. We ended up purchasing a grill from him over the phone and we will be picking it up in the morning. John's service was top notch and I can't wait to do business with him again...
