McDonald's — Restaurant in Falmouth

This McDonald is discussing and filthy. And non of the workers speak a word of English like it’s the customers fault we don’t speak their language and they are rude about it that we speak English and they can’t understand a word we are saying to order our food ! Like it’s us true American fault we speak our American language not the Jib Jab they speak! And I was there 4 months ago the last time and the cashier was yelling at me because she couldn’t understand a word I was saying! I said I want to speak to your manager right now! So the manager came over and she had a hard time speaking English and said to me in so called English she said that I don’t understand your complaint? I was like excuse me ! I’m American I speak English and if you want to live or work here you need to learn English! And not to blame us we don’t speak your Jib Jab Language whatever it is ! She was like it’s Portuguese and I won’t you’re not in Portugal anymore or Brazil so why aren’t you speaking English a lot better?. She said I didn’t know it was a requirement? I went home and googled how to get ahold the corporate office. I found the number and called and I was nice to talk to the American gentleman on the phone and made my complaint about the whole situation. And how the workers there even the manager gave me an attitude because I only spoke English and I also told him how nasty the restaurant looked and it was filthy with trash everywhere! I will never go to the McDonald’s in...

I went to this location this morning. I went through the drive through and ordered 3 hash browns. I drove up to the first drive through window and paid for my meal. Or what I thought was my meal. I drove to the second window and one of the employees handed me the wrong order. I told them it wasn’t what I ordered and I handed them the bag. They gave me the correct order, they closed the drive up window and I drove away. As I drove away I noticed I was also charged for the wrong meal. So I turned around and went back to McDonald’s. I walked inside and told the manager that I was charged for the wrong meal. Instead of apologizing and correcting THEIR mistake the manager tried to place the blame on me. As if it was my fault that they screwed up. She said “well we tried to tell you but you drove away”. Not one of their employees tried to tell me that I was charged for someone else’s meal because once they handed me what I ordered they closed the drive through window hence WHY I drove away. I told the manager that no one told me I paid for someone else’s meal and what did she do? SHE LAUGHED IN MY FACE!!!!! So much disrespect towards the customer. I will never go back to this location ever again. These people are highly unprofessional and these are the same exact people who think they are entitled to $15 an hour?? I have reported this location to corporate... Again! Maybe this time corporate will fire these morons and hire some people with respect and...

ive never ever in my life seen that many rude brazilians let alone in ine single store,i guess if you are decent person you wont get hired,every single time there is item missing,90% of the time is 2 items missing,but i learn my lesson from this store,check tour order while stil at the window,on top if it after they hand you the “messed up” order they turn around and they dont wanna turn back,is always knocking on the window,and ofcourse my lovely horn,so you cant explain because language barrier,there is zero english in the other side of the window,and one kid told me i should of learn portuegese if i wanna communicate with any of them,he talked to the phone to translate and showed me what he want it to say,and they make you feel guilty that the order is messed up,then after they complete the order,the bag is handed by female manager(i beleive she is)and i dont get any “sorry” for the mistake,i dont want free food thats for sure,but she wanna make sure you get offended even more,and saying next time i should know what to order,no idea what stopped me,but was about to smack her with the bag,about starts…if there was option ill take at least 100 stars,they are still in businness just because BK next door aint good,if they were good this McJoke is gonna close...
