If I could give a 0 star review I would! I went through the drive through, placed my order, had it read back to me, and proceeded. Got to the window the kid working said something about my pricing being wrong but that it didn't matter because it was "only 20 cents" I looked at my receipt and there was an extra item on there, so I asked him about it and he said oh, I'm sorry, and tried to get the refund while some girl was yelling at him from inside that it was only a twelve cent difference! First of all, it was close to $5, not twelve cents, she had no idea what was going on, she should have came over to him and to find out if she was a supervisor, the poor guy was trying and kept apologizing, then knocked my blizzard over, I asked him about it he said that they were remaking mine, beings how I alryhad my three sundeas and other blizzard. Everything was all melted and I finally got the other one, got home and in the end they gave me the wrong thing! I called them, and told the girl who answered the phone about it and she said oh I heard you tell him you didn't want that one!! What??!!!?????? Are you kidding me?! I ordered a doordash pickup order payment was successfully made. I went to pick it up and was informed that they could not access the doordash on their tablet so they could not provide my order. The employee that helped was very rude and when I asked to speak to the manager, she was worse. She had horrible customer service said it was not her problem and that there was nothing she could do about the food or the refund. If you cannot provide the service that you advertise than its false advertisement. I feel the refund should come from the restaurant due to it being their fault and the customer service was horrible. I will be avoiding this place like the plague. We wanted to do the $7 meal deal but were told it was only from 11-4. My daughter ordered the cheeseburger, regular fries, small drink and chocolate sundae from the 2 for $6 menu. The cheeseburger came with everything despite the fact she had ordered only ketchup.
