Ok where do I start? I came to this Chipotle with a friend earlier today. We got food and drove to their house in garland tx where I was dropping them off. I started eating my bowl and you guessed it a long disgusting hair. 8pm same day I drove back to farmers branch due to the level of disrespect I received over the phone about my encounter. I have never seen such a unprofessional approach to an order being contaminated. I was asked for physical evidence like I was a prosecutor having to convince a jurry. I provided just that. Threw the pick up window due to a sprang ankle. The first lady agreed to refund all food minus the sealed drink I opened. Then comes the manager from nowhere saying that my friend ate his but he didn't. Who would when there's a hair in mine. Then she goes to say I can't hand you a refund through the windows where we handed everything else to each other. Was informed of my sprang ankle and still demanding that I struggled inside to get my unacceptable partial refund. The order total was $28. Not enough to treat a couster like a liar and with no regard to there medical condition. I will be reaching out to corporate immediately after this. Outrageous Hairy Chipotle. Do better Chipotle. Update OK as I was leaving as I was trying to get my refund. I asked for the manager to give me her name to tell me that I can only pick one out the either 22 my refund or her name. I obviously chose my refund as soon as the money was in my hand then I started filming. I took a picture of her and I started firming her. Because that was the only way I would be able to positively identify her for the treatment that I received in front of everyone inside the restaurant behind her beneath my food that I had proof of. She then proceeded to come out of the restaurant and take down my license. Plate she actually came and took down my license plabecause. I wanted a refund for my food that had obvious strings...
Read moreCristina S the GM, had to ask was so shocked by behavior. should’ve been fired long ago she is the most miserable person to be helping guests numerous times felt it appropriate to yell in front of team members and guests so i suppose make a rule clear? i went in today to pick up my order as i do weekly for my coworkers and i, due to it going through incorrectly through the system i was advised to come in and order. well cristina says only 3 bowls per party at chipotle…. i asked her if this was applicable to families of four and if this was relevant to my case considering it was a system error to which she advised all big orders go online numerous times throwing food on bowls and acting childish throwing a fit my 4 bowls seemed to be way to much for her and don’t feel as if she’s in any position to fill a bowl with rice much less run a store. the poor employees seemed embarrassed and happily gave me first and last name in hopes of id assume a better work environment. i had my time at chipotle and became a kitchen manger i’ve never seen an employee speak to a customer in this tone or nature. last week a review of a mother and son says she did this at 12:30 last week two… every friday me and her can make our 4 bowls together i will no longer do online but i will weekly call and complain until she’s reprimanded or removed after picking up the food from the unfortunate closest location :) fuk! cristina s! i’m genuinely sorry to the teenagers and older woman who happily helps me at the cashier most weeks i’ve seen first hand how yall are treated by her and neglected by whoever she reports to who...
Read moreIf I could give this location 0 stars I would. I have been here at least 5 times since they opened and the service has always been bad not to mention the food quality…mediocre. Food line is always dirty and employees are extremely rude. Come today, I witnessed a female employee screaming at a customer for taking a picture of her food. Literally going off on her for nothing. Not sure since when did taking a picture of your OWN food at an establishment became illegal or something. That’s “not permitted” as said by the manager. Since when?? Even when the manager arrived to talk to the customer, the employee was still screaming and throwing a fit. The customer was never yelling or causing any issues. What is going on at this location? To try to “solve” things the manager offered a free meal, which the customer declined understandably so. You cannot give out free food as an apology. There was absolutely no reason for an employee to act this way for something that was not causing her any problems at all. Employee and manager have to take accountability for their behavior. I can only imagine how many times this employee has popped off. Its not only her with nasty attitude, the male line server is always in a bad mood as well. I really do hope the customer is ok, this did not have to happen she wasn’t doing anything wrong. To the manager, please do a better job at the overall appearance at this location. Its alarming how many 1 star...
