Red Stix Review

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Red Stix, and I must say, the food was outstanding! From start to finish, each dish was bursting with flavor, making it an experience worth savoring.

The Banh Mi was a standout. The bread was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, creating the ideal texture for the fresh, vibrant fillings. The balance of savory meat, pickled veggies, and cilantro was spot on, making it one of the best banh mi sandwiches I’ve had in a long time.

The Hot Hot Noodles were a perfect fusion of spice and flavor. The heat was just enough to get my taste buds tingling without overpowering the rich, bold flavors in the sauce. The noodles were cooked to perfection, with a satisfying chew that made the dish feel hearty and comforting. If you love a good kick in your food, this one is a must-try.

Lastly, the Egg Rolls were crisp and delicious. Each bite was packed with a savory filling that was both flavorful and satisfying. The dipping sauce provided alongside them complemented the egg rolls perfectly, adding a tangy kick to the already flavorful dish.

Overall, Red Stix exceeded my expectations. The combination of fresh ingredients, authentic flavors, and a cozy atmosphere makes it a restaurant I’ll definitely be visiting again soon....

This is a great spot to stop by on Saturday. It is all day happy hour and they have a menu with a bunch of street food and drinks with some great prices. We got the ranch water flight, which was really good, the poppin pineapple margarita, and finally tried a high noon tequila there! I’ve tried to get the lychee martini twice and they seem to always be out of the ingredients to make it.

For food we got: fried chicken dumplings - good! spicy edamame - one of our faves togarashi fries - not too unique shrimp Rangoon - BEST I’ve had crispy wrapped shrimp - too crispy in my opinion sriracha buffalo wings - good! ramen - good but a lot of bok Choy Tom khai gah soup - also good drunken noodles - the favorite dynamite shrimp - not my fave

We’ve been able to try some different things and still have more to try! Will DEFINITELY be back. The service is great and they’re straight up about best options for food! Also we love the patio, they have have bar top that is indoor/outdoor we always sit at. The patio is heated and enclosed but can open with...

We have been looking for a good Thai/Asian food place since we moved back to Dallas. I think we found it! This place was amazing. We ordered take out, and they had it ready even before the time they told us so I just walked in and picked it up. Everything was nice and hot when we got home. We also love that they give you the food in a reusable bag. We had the egg rolls and spicy chicken steam buns as an appetizer and both were great. The steam buns have a good flavor and the spice was just right on the chicken. The chicken egg rolls were better than most take-out places, but what made it was the sauce that came with it. I would have that sauce on everything! I had the pork drunken noodles and my wife had the shrimp pad thai. We both got the spicy oil addition. My wife said it was a little too much for her, but it was just right for me. Both plates were amazing and make us want to try the whole menu. In summary, this will be our go to place for Asian food from now on. We highly...
