I HAVE A MAJOR COMPLAINT ABOUT THIS LOCATIONS PARKING AND DRIVE THRU LINE SITUATION: it was made so that people would form a line AROUND the parking area yet for some reason people keep INSISTING on forming a line right through the parking area making it where people who weren't lazy and got out of their cars can't get out because these people are blocking them. I've even seen people pull forward more once they see someone coming out to their car. Just WOW!! There REALLY needs to be a sign FROM STARBUCKS showing where to form the line with an arrow so people will finally understand the importance of NOT BLOCKING THE PARKING LOT!!!!
I have included a birds eye view screenshot from Google Maps (it is from before both locations were even finished but it's still enough to understand it) showing how the drive through line was meant to be done - the XXXs show where you should NOT be forming the line as that's the tiny parking area If this issue could be addressed, this location would be a FIVE STAR. That's the ONLY thing keeping me from rating it a five because that alone frustrates me so much! I do order ahead and get out of my car when I get there to get it as that is THE fastest way to get in and out, SERIOUSLY!! But these people just don't care!!
Then on top of that (which has nothing to do with this location specifically, but instead people in general), there's the occasional person who decides they will just sit in the middle of the parking lot to do whatever it is they need to do in their car meanwhile blocking one side of the driving causing issues and they seem/act oblivious or just don't care - DON'T BE THAT PERSON!!! Read moreI had a really unpleasant experience at this place due to the rude and inhumane attitude of one of the employees. I arrived to meet someone and urgently needed to use the restroom. When I tried to enter, I noticed it was locked, so I approached the counter to ask for access. The response I received was completely unacceptable: I was rudely told that the restroom was for customers only and that I had to place an order first.
I explained that it was an emergency and that, of course, I intended to order afterward, but her response was a firm “no” with no consideration whatsoever. Even when I told her I really couldn’t wait, her attitude remained rude and indifferent. Her total lack of empathy made me decide to leave immediately and meet my contact at a nearby establishment, where at least people are treated with respect.
The person who treated me so poorly was a white-skinned woman with short reddish hair, who appeared to be over 50 years old. This incident occurred around 10:45 a.m. on 04/03/2025.
I then went to Chipotle, which also has a restroom with a passcode, but the employee there gave me the code without any issues, with kindness and understanding. This just proves that it’s not about policies, but about attitude and customer service.

Read moreDecided to visit this location yesterday and arrived during a rush, the line was wrapped around the building and I know how tedious the line can be so I just decided to go inside. Big mistake. The inside was packed too but I was like whatever and decided to stay and order anyway, I ordered a venti iced chai tea latte with coconut milk (which is an up charge btw) and an iced water so in the end I was paying $6 for that. Anyway I was already expecting to wait a while since it was pretty busy so I sat down expecting to wait for maybe 10 mins and waited for nearly 25 minutes. I waited patiently and at last I finally got my drink but it tasted absolutely disgusting, im sorry but it just tasted like it was mixed with dirty water? I dunno it tasted nothing like a chai tea latte, it also looked very watered down and I didn’t end up finishing it it was just too gross. I understand that workers are stressed and tired, trust me I’ve worked in food service and I know how it can get but this was just ridiculous, especially after paying 6 whole dollars and waiting for 20 minutes.
