Arby's — Restaurant in Farmington

I was heading to Colorado Springs, which I swore would be an amazing experience. I will tell the story of how this Arby's absolutely ruined the travel there. I stopped there to eat a bit of food to renew my energy. This probably made me hungrier. I entered the restaurant, crumbs everywhere. I ordered my thing. A sandwich. You know what kind? NOT A BURGER. Seriously, to even have a chance with competition, you might want a burger on the menu. I asked for a receipt, and they said that they couldn't give me one, for whatever reason. I waited for what felt like 30 minutes. Eventually, a person at the register asked what I ordered for. SERIOUSLY!? They didn't even know what I ordered. I had to explain again, rather irritated, since my friends had already rated their food. When I finally got my food, it was a DISAPPOINTMENT. So I come here three times a week it's been over $20 sometimes even more for my family I come here to fix a problem with curly fries that I ordered which they gave me nothing but the trash part not one was Curly and I talked to this manager lady that's here and she got an attitude for no reason I mean if you can't deal with people talking to you about dealing with the situations that you didn't train your employees right or how to do properly then you don't need to work here so you the lady manager that works here Edna whatever your name is you need to fix your attitude and you definitely need to take a course on customer service you might be the boss there but I know employees that don't even like the way you handle stuff if they give your name out right away that say something about you as a manager you need to find a new job and if I was the owner here I would definitely replace her because now you're losing the great customer because of...

Food is good if u go in and order it. Not ever really busy when weve gone. Went to have dinner there one night about 7ish and the door was locked and no one inside. We leave the parking lot and see the workers outside the back door smoking and talking. I googled the Arbys # and tried calling it several times-NO answer. We decided to go across the street to Wendys and go in and eat. I sit where I can see the Arbys and still try calling and still NO answer. Several vehicles have now entered the Arbys parking lot and tried to go in and still no luck. The workers are still outside.
