Blake's Lotaburger — Restaurant in Farmington

Hi everyone, so I like to order food around different fast food restaurants in the Farmington area to experience the taste of food, cleanliness, and especially the customer service. But sadly I rate this restaurants one star, the reason I rated them one star was because I checked my order and it wasn't prepared as I ordered it. Staff members have poor customer service and so much attitude. I ordered a breakfast burrito and gave specific instructions to cut my burrito in half and I informed a young lady that the burrito was suppose to be cut in half. She handed me a plastic ware knife to cut it myself. This was shocking. Then I notice all orders that were either ordered online or by phone were not kept in warmers to keep food warm. They were all on the counters and the orders were losing temp to be served cold. Then an older woman who worked there approached me and tries to argue with me, so I informed her that I wasn't here to argue but just wanted the order to be prepared the way I ordered. I am so very disappointed and am only giving one star so I can write a review. I ordered a number 4 classic breakfast burrito, red with EXTRA cheese this morning. Never been to this particular location and thought I would order online and pick up on my way to work. This was by far the worst burrito I have ever had. There was hardly any red sauce on it so it was extremely dry and undesirable and there certainly was not extra cheese which I paid for. Very disappointed, didn't even eat the whole thing and ended up throwing it away so I could get something from our work cafe instead. I definitely will never go back and order here again. I don't mind paying for my food and paying extra when I order an extra item to be on there. But when I pay for it and don't get it, that is wrong. There are certainly a lot of hash browns on the burrito which is nice but with that much hash browns don't be afraid to give us some sauce. It was dry and cold and disgusting. Completely terrible and this store should be ashamed of what they are serving. First and absolute last time...

An order for pick was placed 10 minutes prior to arrival. We waited in line for about 5 minute. We paid for our meal and waited an additional 20 minutes. After about thirty minutes of standing in a lobby with trash on the floor and spilt food I became discouraged and asked for a refund. The manger was quick to show other order waiting to be made to focus the issue of poor management on being overwhelmed.

Nevertheless, the manager was unsure how to refund my money and voided the check and I am still unsure if my $25 dollar purchase will be refunded.

In addition to poor service and a messy lobby, the mens restroom was dirty. The bathroom was in such disarray that the toilet did not even flush leaving it to smell like old urine.
