Imo's Pizza — Restaurant in Farmington

On the low end of Imo's Pizzas in my opinion. The pizzas are always hit or miss and the toppings usually look like someone threw them on lazily and threw the pizza in the oven. One week my pizza came out crispier than usual and then the next week, my pizza was so doughy that I could fold it in half. I've never had a doughy Imo's pizza. If you go to St. Louis, Kirkwood for example, they have the best Imo's Pizza by far. They are consistent and the quality is remarkable. If you're not going to St. Louis anytime soon and are craving Imo's, this place is acceptable. I really think they need to up their game on quality tho. It's hard enough to sell people on Imo's pizza. If you consistently give them lackluster pizzas, then it will not make people want to stop by here and spend the extra buck or...

Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Unable to take responsibility. The owner thinks the world owes her something and the way a customer is treated does not matter. Her apology is an attempt to put the blame on the customer. When a customer calls to be heard and to feel like they have been heard the company especially if it is stated that it is the owner you are working with should at least be able to accept responsibility and apologize sincerely. And apparently loosing a customer does not matter. I hope when they loose more they will get some customer advocacy training to help keep customers around. DON'T BOTHER.. It used to be good even though it was pricey. But, always has been. Now I ordered the fall feast (LOL) when it got here it was cold, the salad was just lettuce with a hand full of shredded cheese on top without any other toppings that make a salad and the ravioli was missing. The driver knew she forgot the ravioli and said it was in the pizza box so she could leave with the money. Called the store and was told the driver was on her way back with ravioli, another lie. Not worth the price anymore when they send the driver out with more then 1 order without a way to keep pizza hot.
