Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Farmington

We have never had such a negative experience as we have had at the Farmington Jimmy John’s. We have always ordered peppers on the side (for those who do not care for it or those who are allergic), and it has been no problem at all. We have been to JJ in Missouri, NY, TX, and all across the US. Never an argument. On two different dates, the JJ in Farmington has legitimately argued with us that it cannot be done despite them having condiment cups visible. Today, the manager actually yelled at my husband in argument against it. We are always willing to pay for them, we don’t expect them for free! It was such an ordeal that we left without our sandwiches. What a disappointment for one of our favorite family establishments. We will not return to this location if this kind of customer...

Good food, usually always fresh, but the service needs improvement! The manager is a nice guy, but he needs to make sure his assistant managers/employees follow through. I've had several issues with not getting what I've asked for in my orders. Seems that several employees aren't paying attention, or need help reading instructions. These issues I've encountered have been during times when this store was NOT busy, so I can't even give them that exception. When this store first opened, & for a good while after, everything was great, no problems, but here lately, it seems to be lacking in detail...maybe no one really cares anymore, now that they seem to be "established" in the community. Greatest Jimmy John experience ever. We needed a fresh place to eat on our road trip and decided JJ's was the best bet. As soon as we walked in we were kindly greeted. Our food was incredibly delicious. I got the unwhich which could be hit or miss but this was a big HIT- perfectly made. When we forgot to grab napkins, they noticed, and brought them right over without us even asking. All around a friendly and positive experience. We will definitely be back on the return trip.
