BEWARE! We have had problems with this car wash location in the past, but we stupidly signed up for a new membership in February again because it is close to our home and would be convenient. BIG MISTAKE!!! We went to get a wash and they told us we did not have a membership. They asked if we had our receipt from signing up the week before. Of course we did not but we showed the attend our bank statement of the charge that was processed WITH THE COMPANY NAME and the male attend continued to tell us if we did not have our receipt it could not help????? So I call their customer service, they also can not find an account or our payment. We were told to send a screenshot of the statement to the correct email address and they would respond to the email after further research. NEVER HAPPEN!!! So I call back 2 weeks later tell them I want the account cancelled since we were NEVER ABLE TO USE THE SERVICE No one can find our email, still canât find our account or payment. The representative tells me she will have to speak to the agent I talked to 2 weeks ago and PROMISED she would call me back, guess what NEVER HAPPEN!! In March the they charged our card again for the monthly fee!!!!!!!! So I call AGAIN! At this point I just asked for a manager. The manager tells me the exact same thing canât find an account or the money they CONTINUE TO TAKE! Iâm told I have to contact me back! So I now have to get a completely different card! THIS...

The facility is incredibly clean and modern, with state-of-the-art equipment that puts most other car washes to shame.
As soon as you pull in, youâre greeted by friendly, professional young ladies who make ordering your wash quick and pleasant. Itâs always a warm welcome that starts the visit off right!
Then, when you pull up to the front of the wash, there are three awesome guys waiting with hoses, prepping your vehicle like pros. These guys really know what theyâre doingâthey get all the bugs, grime, and road junk off before you enter the wash tunnel. As someone whoâs on the road a lot, that prep makes a huge difference, and itâs why I made sure to leave them a well-deserved tip. đđ
Once youâre through the wash, the free vacuum area is just as impressive. The vacuums are strong and reliable, and they even have air-pressurized blow guns to help get the dirt out of all those hard-to-reach cracks your towels canât quite get. Itâs clear that Club Car Wash has thought of everything.
As someone who travels across the country for work, itâs rare to find a car wash that hits every markâbut this place does. Anytime Iâm back in Farmington, Club Car Wash will be my go-to spot to get cleaned up....

I'm writing to express my extreme disappointment with a recent experience at Club Car Wash. While I've been a frequent customer and have never encountered issues before, my last visit resulted in significant damage to my vehicle. During the wash cycle, something within the track system caused my car to be pushed off alignment, resulting in a deep gouge on my rim. I immediately brought this to the attention of the on-site manager, who was helpful and promptly submitted a claim on my behalf. However, the response from corporate has been entirely unsatisfactory. They've denied any responsibility, stating that their equipment couldn't have caused such damage. This is despite the fact that their system clearly forced my car off track, which I had to correct mid-wash to prevent further damage to both my vehicle and their machinery. It's frustrating that my proactive effort to prevent a more serious incident is now being used as a reason to deny my claim. I am very disappointed by Club Car Wash's refusal to take responsibility for the damage caused by their equipment. This experience has not only left me with a damaged rim but also with a strong sense of distrust in their customer service and claims process.
