Wendy's — Restaurant in Farmington

Ordered ahead on app. Staff wouldn't serve order at drive through even though that's how I ordered. Waited inside for 20 minutes for food that was supposedly ready when I arrived at the drive through (only 1 other person waiting inside when I arrived). Staff member preparing my food left mid way to use the restroom.

No ice in soda machine and staff didn't want to accommodate by getting ice from drive through machine, no ice tea dispenser despite staff saying "it's over there," and just all around poor experience.

Did the online survey and response was an all caps, poorly written email saying staff had been talked to. Probably will not return to this location.

Food is exactly what you'd expect, but drive through consistantly leaves out part of the order and you need to remember to ask for condiments and utensils.

I've learned to check food for accuracy down to making sure all 4 of the chicken nuggets are regular (not spicy) in my child's meal.

Also, drive through is often ridiculously slow. Usually better to go inside. Other perk is that they have a Coca-Cola Freestyle inside so you can have the exact drink...

This is the second time I have purchased a grilled chicken salad this spring/summer. I was grossed out the first time when the leaf lettuce (purple) was slimy and Romain brown. The blue cheese was slimy and old too.I went back, went inside to complain and finally after 10 or so minutes I was finally given a remade salad that wasn’t much fresher. I had sworn off this location but then I was in a hurray at 4:30ish today and had been seeing the strawberry summer salad advertised and thought oh well, that last visit was one time so try again. Disgustingly, a repeat of slimy darker lettuce and had to remove all of it. The strawberries were slime and going bad. Not fresh fresh at all. It made me sick and ended up throwing it away. My order came to $13+ with large drink and fries combo. I will never go to this location again! I used to order the salads once a week last summer and sometimes during the winter (apple pecan). This is bad business practice and I will put my experiences on Yelp! As well....

Arrived at 11:06PM to the drive thru menu board lights off but all other lights were on in the restaurant and the sign. The order speaker was still lit up as well. The two drive thru employees hid when I was honking my horn. I pulled up to the window and the woman had the cook from the back come to the window (not sure what this was all about honestly) and tell me they close at 11pm. All Wendy’s in Farmington are open until 12AM Fridays and Saturdays. Just thought management would like to know your night crew is telling folks the store is closed when they still have another hour they should be serving customers. If you guys really do close at 11pm all of a sudden, you need to change your hours online and on your windows. People like me don’t get off work until most everything is closed so it’s very disappointing when I come to spend my hard earned money on a hot meal after working hard all day and your employees are too lazy to...
