If you're a fan of doughnuts (and really, who isn't?), then Admiral’s Dough- Joe is an absolute must-visit! From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with the irresistible aroma of freshly baked doughnuts that makes it nearly impossible to choose just one. Their selection is incredible—classic glazed, indulgent chocolate, fruity filled, and even innovative flavors that push the boundaries of what a doughnut can be.
The doughnuts are always perfectly soft, light, and not overly greasy. You can tell that quality ingredients and care go into every batch. One of my favorites is the cinnamon sugar, which is a perfect balance of sweetness and flavor. And don't even get me started on their seasonal creations—each time I visit, I find myself excited to try something new.
The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting, whether you're grabbing a quick treat to go or sitting down to enjoy your doughnut with a cup of freshly brewed coffee. It's the perfect little spot for a morning pick-me-up or an afternoon treat.
What really sets Admiral’s Dough- Joe apart is their attention to detail. Whether it’s the texture, the glaze, or the creative fillings, they’ve mastered the art of doughnuts. Every bite is a little piece of heaven, and I can confidently say it's one of the best doughnut spots in town.

Read moreFood is great, donuts delicious, staff friendly. But prices are NOT accurate. I ordered a SEC (sausage, egg, cheese bagel) that the menu said was $4.99. When it rang up I was charged $5.39 AND a 40 cent "egg upcharge." So 80 cents more than what was listed. I asked why I was being charged an egg upcharge when the SEC included egg.
I was charged $5.99 for a blueberry fritter! That's like double what it should cost. Shocked at the price when I rang up, I checked the menu and it said fritters are $5.49. Again, the menu differed from the register price. I passed on buying the fritter
When I told the server, he said the menu wasn't updated. It's digital. Easy to update. The management should update the menu immediately. While the food is great, getting charged more that the menu left a bad taste...
Read moreHubby, son and I stopped in for a pick-me-up around 11am on Tuesday when passing thru the area. There wasn't many donuts left, but we grabbed an apple fritter, blueberry and a couple raised maple bacon, along with a couple of coffees. The donuts are among the best we've ever had and we have tasted quite a few. Visiting donut places is kinda our thing when we're out of town. We could definitely tell they are made fresh everyday! This place now ranks at the top of that list! Coffee was yummy as well and hit the spot. Their apple coffee was nice for something a little different and not overwhelming. Last, but certainly not least, the young woman (I forgot to grab her name-from Washington) was super friendly and professional. If we're ever in the area we'll...
