Campbell Station Wine & Spirits — Restaurant in Farragut

I don't know if this has happened to anyone but on October 14th I went to the Campbell Station Wine & Spirits liquor store and by mistake I bought a bottle of Wuskey for 2699.99 and I realized it the next day when I saw my bank account I went to the Campbell Station Wine & Spirits to return the bottle and they gave me a resounding no good then I checked their website and found the return policy and it said if you were not satisfied with what you had purchased you could return it and I decided to go once more on October 17th and they took my information I told them if it was not possible they would exchange it for another type of bottles and they told me maybe or they would only take 20% of what the bottle had cost I said fine by me and they called me yesterday Monday but only to tell me that they could not return my money I have the receipt the bottle was not opened it is like I took it from the store they checked it and everything is fine but they did not want to return my money so what have you A policy if they're not going to respect it. Let's just say, if you think you know your spirits and wines, you may not. Stu was the most knowledgeable dude I've ever encountered in a liquor store. And, I've been to many. Because I work as an outside sales rep for commercial lighting? Maybe. Because I really like tasty adult beverages? Also, maybe. ;) The variety of wines, spirits, mixers, etc. is the best around.
