Customer service here needs some work. This is the only DD that has my fave donuts, and it’s not on the app so I can’t order ahead. I go in, open the door for an older couple who order ahead of me, but before they can do that we waited 5 minutes while they did a ton of drive thru orders and the drive thru employee just stood there yawning while the other two ran around working really hard. Then after the couple ordered I had to wait while an employee made 5 drinks for the drive thru, despite saying all I wanted was donuts (aka super quick).
It’s pretty messed up when you prioritize people who are too lazy to get out of their car over people who actually came in. I think they must’ve done 10 drive thru orders in the time it took to do 2 inside. They said they were understaffed which sucks but I also think there needed to be a shift in priorities and more creative thinking, like the drive thru employee doing next to nothing could’ve taken orders at the cash register, perhaps! Just really really slow service, and very defensive employees who didn’t care.

Read moreMy only advice is check your drive through order before you leave. 9/10 it’ll be incorrect lately. I say lately because it’s only a new problem at this location. I don’t mean count items, check to make sure what you ordered is actually what you ordered before you leave. Twice in the past 4 days, my orders have been incorrect. Chai lattes, ordered as chai lattes, marked chai lattes, and were actually just lattes. Not happy, if I wanted coffees instead of the teas I would have ordered it ….Careless!! Again today I ordered 1. Bacon egg & cheese croissant, and 1 Maple Bacon egg& cheese croissant. Both were Maple, I can’t stand maple anything!! I was already on the highway headed south before I knew. So guess who didn’t eat this morning?!?! Anyway, how hard is it to read the ticket for 2 items?!?! Again careless! I guess when it’s not your own food it doesn’t really matter....

He didnt have on a name tag nor did he give us a receipt, which would have had his name on it he was the eldest in age that was there working! The donuts that were on the menu that we usually get which are the cake donuts we asked for an assortment of those and custard donuts which they gave us more of the custard and two cream donuts which my husband didnt ask for nor does he like cream donuts. This is a new store. There was not anyone inside and no one behind us in the drive thru but the guy on the mic asked us sarcastically if we wanted to come inside for some odd reason? They need to get their act together and not be so rude and they to give their customers what they order that would be pleasant and nice unlike our first visit to your new store in Farragut...
