Arby's — Restaurant in Fayetteville

I grew up in Michigan and can say Arby's is the only fast food joint to never mess up my order nor have they disappointed when it comes to food quality. Other than having to wait a little longer because I like to order the potato cakes it's always been a dependable decision to order Arby's... That was until I moved to Fayetteville NC. I've ate at this location now about 7 or 8 times and every time was a disappointment. The potato cakes which is normally my favorite thing about Arby's are always over cooked, as though they cook them and let them sit around until someone offers them and they re drop them into the fryers. They come out twice as dark as they should be be. The roast beef in the sandwiches are very dry at this location. Today I preferred the number 2 with potato cakes and the guy said they no longer serve potato cakes, when I got to work with my meal it had cheddar on it which is gross. I didn't o ordered this and I'm not eating there ever again. Arby's either fired a new staff or close this location because it's straight yeah and doesn't reflect...

I love the food as always, but the cashiers need to be retrained here on providing efficient customer service. I requested brewed tea and the cashier left the drive thru window open while she made my drink and she kept looking in the tea mug to see if the tea was still brewing while she was trying to give me something to drink, and I could clearly see that the tea she poured in my cup was water....After she realized I was watching, she closed the window and proceeded to finish with my drink. Once she returned with my order and my drink, I tasted the drink before pulling off and low-and-behold the "tea" that she gave me tasted like flat out water, it didn't even taste like unsweet tea. So I asked her for something else because the tea had no taste to it, and she was like oh what drink did you want me to make. I told her, I wanted tea but not water....It was apparent that this cashier had an attitude because she had to remake, and always due to her trying to get me out of drive thru she gave me tea that was not even ready....smh do...

I can’t honestly give the service any stars until I go back 11/17/2024 my wife and I went into order the crew working had bad service the cashier working the window didn’t even know the front of the stores cashiers name the cook saw us standing after 5 mins told the lady at the window laughed said I don’t have her number they will have to wait about 5 more mins later instead of asking our order and putting it in the windows register she laughs again and said someone will be with you soon as we are leaving the cashier comes out of the bathroom with cleaning supplies and looks dumbfounded that we were leaving that crew was unprofessional and play to much it seems attitudes and the cashier could have poked her head out every so often and check if there is customers after a bad week of work I just wanted a Ruben and a few other meals for me my wife and family I was expecting to pay no less then 80 dollars tonight on the meals but the way service was i couldn’t bring...
