Bad Daddy's Burger Bar — Restaurant in Fayetteville

My son had been wanting to try this place for months. Him and his Dad are burger lovers to the core! And their burgers were great from what I saw on their plates & from what they said:) My salad was one offered strait off the menu, it was fresh which I like! I ordered grilled chicken but when the chicken pieces were put back together it wasn't the whole chicken breast, so maybe they don't use the whole chicken breast per salad. At least my family got a good laugh out of the conversation from it ;) But besides the chicken, 3 of the ingredients mentioned in the menu description like cilantro and onions weren't even on my salad. The chipotle ranch was really good...HOWEVER when ordering, I did ask if the regular ranch was made in house and I was told "I'm not sure" with no check on that, basically I should have been told "I could care less" with the wording and how it was said. As a former waitress myself, I'm pretty dang lenient with many things cuz you never know who's helping who, someone in the weeds, what's going on with the cooks, etc...but um yeah our service for dinner tonight had MANY THINGS subpar at best like asking other waitstaff for silverware drinks literally empty to the point people were drinking melting ice and the Houdini act where An**y disappeared for over 15 mins. Perhaps a bit more training could be used to help encourage, I know how sometimes things getting blah or redundant can result in a loss of pep in our step...but when I spend over $100 eating out and hadn't ordered anything alcoholic to raise that figure...those 3 things mentioned should be better.

Burgers great! Fries great! Homemade chips & dips &...

Our first visit was a sit in and it was good. However, that was the only good experience I’ve had. I have ordered take out 3 times. First time we were completely missing a side and milkshake. Luckily caught that they missed the shake before leaving. I didn’t check what was in the bag as they confirmed every item on the order. Second take out- again missing the side and shake- explained this happened last time and they got the shake and they looked through the bag and assured that everything was there. It was not. We were missing the garlic truffle fry app. Decided to give them ONE more try. Shouldn’t have done so. This time both burgers (supposed to be medium with slight pink in the middle were very well done and close to burnt). One was supposed to be a bistro burger and it was not. Wrong bun, wrong toppings, and wrong cheese. Both were supposed to have sides and neither did. Again, lacking a shake. The host who “helped” was very rude. I waited for 10 min before the host came and was greeted with “what?”. I confirmed to go name and order and he appeared to be too busy with his hair and just handed me a bag. Another host saw I was grabbing the order and told the male host that there needs to be a shake. He argued it didn’t. Ended up finally getting it from the kind female host. Get home to realize the bagged order was incorrect. I then tried to call the location and they don’t answer. I live 25 min away and will not ever again bother with this place. Be warned- if you do order to go PULL EVERYTHING OUT THERE IN THE STORE TO ENSURE ITS CORRECT AS THE STAFF WILL SAY IT IS WHEN IT...

I've been here 3 times now since moving to the state. First time was the best, awesome service and amazing food. My second time was pretty good, service was a bit lackluster but food still good. My third time here? Did not even get food.

My fiance and I were seated immediately. It was 5pm on a Sunday, so we were excited that it wasn't busy. 3 parties were seated after us, and all 3 were greeted and received drinks all before we were spoken to by our waiter. It took about 10 minutes for him to say hello and take our drinks. We ordered the house made chips and french dip as an appetizer. 15 minutes go by and he comes over again for our entree order. My fiance had a question about his, and after telling him my order, he said he would ask and be back to let us know. Another 15 minutes go by, no chips, no answer to our question. No food whatsoever. Throughout this whole experience, we watched our waiter lean against walls on his phone. Several staff members were just on their phones. I was so excited to eat here because the food itself is so good and worth every penny. But the service we received was the worst I've ever experienced. My fiance also mentioned the bathroom was disgusting. We left, after 45 minutes, not having received anything we ordered other than our drinks. I don't believe we'll be back anytime soon, very disappointing. This was my go to place for a real burger, and that's now been ruined. The food is 5 stars, always delicious. The service has progressively gotten worse. Come here if you have 2 hours to kill and you're not hungry yet, but know you will...
