My husband and I stopped in for coffee and maybe a donut, the older lady behind the counter, while we were deciding, says loudly, Iāll be with you in a minute Iām doing a DoorDash (I donāt care) so I said thatās fine we havenāt decided. When she came to the counter I asked for a cup of coffee, with lots of creamā¦as soon as I said it she smacked the counter, threw her hands in the air and very rudely said hot, cold, iced, small, medium or large and looked at us as if we were crazy. I looked at my husband and said you wanna go somewhere else, and he agreed we should. When we decided not to stay and we told her weāre leaving she said oh ok Hun!!!! I am a restaurant manager, I NEVER complain, because I know how it feels to get complaints, but if one of my employees treated a guest in that manner, they would have been terminated immediately. I donāt know the ladyās name, but she was working around 9AM on October 23rd. Sheās gonna ruin your business, and that...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe usually like Dunkin's, but this was not a good experience. I think the employee who waited on me needs a bit of training in customer service. I wasn't greeted in any way. I asked if they had a certain type of donut, and they said no. I tried to look into the case for something else, but they were in the way. Finally moved over just a bit. After I chose other donuts and paid, I noticed another case of donuts and saw the type of donuts that I had originally asked for. I asked them if those were the ones, and they looked and said yes. No apology or offer to exchange them. Just stared at me. I started to ask for an exchange, but finally just said forget it and walked out. One of the least friendly and helpful employees I have ever dealt with. Oh, and the donuts were dry. My husband didn't even eat his second one. Hopefully our next experience will be...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWretched customer service! First, the counter was closed and the only way to place an order was the app. I downloaded it, ordered, and waited... and waited... and waited... A gentleman asks if I have an order. I tell him my order and he says he'll work on it. So I wait a little more... and more waiting... still waiting... At this point, everyone working there has seen me standing at the counter now, and walked passed. Finally, one lady see some drinks sitting in the drive-thru area. Realizes they are mine. She scolds her coworkers (who couldn't care less). She finishes my order (over half an hour at this point), hands it to me, and says "Next time, tell us that your waiting."
I have never been so close to letting loose on someone I don't know, as I have that day.
Again, absolutely...
