Worst customer service and hygiene ever!! So I went to jersey mikes today 6/4/16 at about 12pm. I walk in get a slight greeting from one girl (no one had a name tag on probably because of how awful their customer service is) then another girl walks from the back begins putting gloves on, then looks at me and says "what sandwich do you want" so I say a reg number 7, she asks what type of bread I tell her white then she turn around and begins watching the tv for about a min and looks back and asks again what type of bread much ruder so I answer again even though I told her prior to her deciding to get distracted by the tv. Then she asks what size... Ive already told you this, cuts the bread and while another girl slices the turkey the girl who cant remember the type of bread proceeds to take her gloved hand under her apron to scratch her belly... And then begins asking what I want on my sandwich and making it. I was really crazing jersey mikes and should have walked out at that point but I paid for my sandwich. The more I thought about it the more disgusted I became with the whole situation so I called the store... I assume the same rude girl who has no customer service or basic hygiene skills answered because it was answered with "hello"... So I say hello is this jersey mikes? Yes is the response so I ask for the manager and get the phone handed over explained what happened and went and returned my sandwich. This is the saddest excuse of customer service and food hygiene skills I have ever seen. They all should be wearing name tags and learn how to do their job and be friendly even if they hate their life! I will never again be eating at this location or likely any other jersey mikes as this...

Christina, Tityanna and Ashley was extremely rude and unwelcoming. I go to establishments to eat and spend my hard earned money and expect to be treated with respect. These ladies could barely talk all night , barely could take my order and looked so miserable like they dreaded even working here. It looks so much better to smile and be happy when your serving the public instead of having a sour attitude because then you get repeat customers. They rushed me out almost making me choke on my food, by telling me they was closed. And which I replied yes I understand I'm finishing my last bites. I said have a good night ladies and they all looked at me and rolled thier eyes and couldn't say anything nice back . Then I asked for thier names and the personalities came to surface then the mouse didn't have thier tongue they could instead confront me on why I needed thier names and continuing accusing me of making a mess bc I accidently dropped a CRACKER ON THE FLOOR. IT WAS SO EMBARRASING. Treat me like you would treat your momma if she was dining out that's all I ask. I won't be back, I will spend my hard earned cash elsewhere. Where they don't mind working and aren't in a rush to leave, they even laughed and made jokes about me like I didn't hear them . So unprofessional, I'd fire them all immediately just saying. Went in the other night around 6:30 to order food to go. As I walk in another man begins to walk out and tells me I shouldn't waste my time bc he had been standing there 5 minutes and no one came to the front. He walked out, I stood there for about three minutes and walked around to where I could see the girls laughing, talking and on the phones. Stood there one girl looked at me and walked away out of sight. Waited another minute someone finally walked to the front and asked me what I wanted. Ordered my food, paid, walked out and had to go back in to grab the cookies for my kids meals and another lady who didnt ring me up said they were not complimentary and wanted to charge me, reassured her that the lady who just walked to the back charged me and i let her and the mgr beside her know that if they were that worried about chips and cookies being taken and not paid for then someone should have been up here off their phones guarding their station when the other customer before me walked out because he was out here not being waited on for 5 minutes and I stood here close to the same amount of time before someone finally assisted me.
