KFC - Franchisee - NC and SC — Restaurant in Fayetteville

If I could give them a 0 I certainly would. Not sure what the world is coming to but the horrible customer service I received today was appalling. We order from the app frequently and it’s never ready when I get there to pick it up! This has happened multiple times! And our order is always wrong! I can honestly say I’ve never received stellar customer service from the Denver location but today takes the cake! Of course I had to wait and when I received my order I told the employee that it was wrong and he/she told me no it wasn’t that I ordered it that way. I was stunned and couldn’t believe the rudeness! So I said I’ll be calling corporate and was told to go right ahead so they can tell me the same thing! Unbelievable! Whatever happened to trying to please the customer! We actually ended up in a yelling match and was told that I was the one being disrespectful and that I should learn respect!!! I can tell you that my husband and I will never visit this location again because if this happened to me how many other people has this happened to? This person shouldn’t even have a job here much less be in a position to where they feel that they can get away with treating any customer with so much disrespect!! All he/she would’ve had to do was apologize and possibly offer to fix the order even if it was our mistake! This is how you get return business not being disrespectful! Poor location! Rude cashier. Would not give me what I ordered. Rude manager, dirty dining room. Now I realize at this time of night why no customers are here. My chicken looked like it had been cooked six times, dark dark brown. Most of all, manager was unconcerned with fixing problem but more concerned about making stores inability to serve my order about me. Even threatened to call the police. I asked her to please do so. I am very unsatisfied with the food I received on tonight, first they had no wings then the chicken I received was cooked very hard. I spent 44.00 dollars and I would like food that is cooked appropriately, I called the restaurant back to let them know I was unsatisfied and they wanted me to drive back up there and bring the old chicken in order to replace it, Why would I call and complain if nothing was wrong with food, and why would I need to bring unsatisfied chicken back in order to have it replaced, all your going to do is throw it away.
