I went there at 8PM after long day at work to feed my hungry kids. The person at the drive through asked what was my order. I told them I need all grill for 3 meals and 8 piece. She had to asked me so many times. After about 10 minutes wait from 1 car in front of me, I was ready to pay for the bill and the same girl asked me again: "what was my order?" and I asked her: " did not I already gave you my order 10 minutes ago? and she answered: "oh I was doing something else". I told her my order again. She went back and told me that they did not have anymore grills. All they have just extra crispy ones. I asked to speak with the Manager. When the manager came at the window I explained that she had to asked me my order after waiting for 10 minutes because she was doing something else, and I explain to him that they are wasting my time if they did not have what I ordered they should have told me ahead of time. He said, I will check and he said No they did not have any of my order and I told him OK after wasting my time please give me whatever you have because my kids are hungry. His respond was well don't worry about it, we do not need your business. What kind of manager is that? After wasting my time waiting and instead of apologizing for his employee neglected my order (because she was doing something else) he closed the drive through window and said he did not need my business. KFC Needs to train their employee (especially the manager, who is arrogantly telling me that he was General Manager that handle the store). They need to treat customer with respect. Read moreI have eaten from this particular location twice now, and both times it was a mistake. The first time I ordered the Nashville chicken tenders and they looked nothing like the picture when I got them and we're coated in an oil that was so oily, it BURNED when I tried to reheat later. The second time I ordered their 8 piece special and wanted to switch out a side, they said they couldn't do that, but they would if I ordered the regular 8 piece for $3 more that came with less. I don't think so. So I got to the window to pay and they told me THEY would be substituting rolls for biscuits bc they didn't make any. I told them since I wasn't allowed to swap something else out, that I wouldn't let them either and would wait the 10 minutes for them to bake. Got everything home and discovered they had packed all food when I ordered it, not when the biscuits came out, so the chicken was soggy and the biscuits weren't even done! They were still doughy.
