The worst! Yesterday was my first visit to this deli, and I was stunned by the fact that there were about 10 teenagers running the restaurant who seemed more concerned about socializing and having fun than taking care of paying customers. At one point, some kid in the kitchen started picking up food with his bare hands and eating it. When I started complaining, the manager came out and told me the kid was a dishwasher, and he wasn't preparing food, as if that mattered. No one preparing food had their masks over their noses & mouths, they were under their chins. As if listening to them socialize instead of preparing food wasn't bad enough, one of them actually usd profanity. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and order something online today for pickup. What a mistake! The same worthless manager who didn't seem to have a problem with the kids standing around chatting and eating in the food prep area got a snotty attitude with me when I tried to explain to her that I had tried twice to place the order online, but it showed that the item was not available at the store, when in fact I ordered the item yesterday. I'll stick to Panera Bread or Zaxby's. I don't understand why corporate has not done something about this store when it has been open for only a month, yet already has tons of bad reviews already. At this rate, they won't last long. It's a shame you have to drive to the Peachtree City location to get decent customer service. Everyone from this manager to the kitchen staff should be fired. Read moreOriginal 2-star review: Good food quality and it tasted fresh too. Expect 60-80 minutes before getting your food. The place is new but way too overstaffed. A couple cashiers were just walking around the back kitchen area and the front counter even though a line had started to form. When we eventually got our food, one of the sandwiches was the wrong order. We just went back and I've been waiting 45 minutes for the replacement for the half sandwich. Customer service needs great improvements but once its fixed McAllister could become a place I frequent but for now it needs a lot help.
Update (Same Day): finally got the sandwich and they gave a whole instead of the half along with 2 cookies. Not bad but the waiting experience is terrible. Overall waited 2 hours for my correct order. Still a 2 star for now

Ok accidents happen so my husband waited till they remade the order. He gets home with the remade order and it’s a mess. Missing sides I paid extra for, missing items that were extra on the sandwiches, my husbands was ice cold and the deli meat on the sandwich I ordered was just thrown in the box. I called and asked for a refund, which was a hassle since I called 3 times and no one answered, the call center ended up connecting me to a manager.
