My wife and I were door dashing, we excepted an order and got there fairly quickly because traffic was really light. We arrived around 10:00 pm and the customer line was backed up to the street. We sat in line for 30 minutes because the line just wasn't moving. Finally we get to the drive-through line and made it to the outside menu to order, where the guy inside taking orders said it would be a few minutes and asked us to wait. We waited another 15 minutes to tell them we had a door dash. We noticed that they were taking other orders from the other outside menu and skipping us so we cut in line and made our way to the first window. We sat there in the car for another 10 minutes. Finally they came to the window and we told him we had a door dash order. He replied with: Yes we have it, it is ready please pull up to the next window. So we did, but then the lady at the next window said please pull up to the crosswalk so we did. Then we waited for another 45 minutes before getting the ordered food. In the time (45 minutes) of waiting we counted 8 other customers behind us pick up online orders. Finally they brought out the order that we were to pick up, the order that was supposed to be ready 45 minutes earlier. The bag was cold, cold like it had sat in a refrigerator cold. We kept the customer up to date on their order status. We delivered the customer's order less than 2 miles down the street, where we handed him his order. The customer contacted door dash who then contacted us to complain that his order was very cold. We sat there at McDonald's for 1 hour and 45 minutes waiting for cold refrigerated food to be handed to us. This is so unacceptable, if this was my business I would be firing some employees (most likely all of them) and would definitely be give them all a drug test. We (my wife and I) vowed never to except another online order from this restaurant because this unfortunately isn't the first time we've experienced this from this restaurant. It is however the longest amount of time we've had to wait to pick up an order. First of all they should never have had us wait for so long, 2nd they should never have put the order in the refrigerator, that alone is a health code violation. 3rd they shouldn't have told us it was ready and then make us wait for 45 minutes to get the order. And then as we voiced our complaint to the staff as we finally was getting the cold food, we were getting attitude from the McDonald's worker as if it was our fault for there inadequacy and extremely bad work ethic. They are one phone call away from the health department showing up and shutting their doors for violations. We have never been so displeased and disrespected by another McDonald's the way we were last night. The only option for stars was giving one star but clearly they should be stripped of most of their stars...., the Better Business Bureau should be called and the Health Department should...
Read moreThat's it. No more chances. Been coming here everyday for awhile. It's gotten to the point my order is wrong more than right. The manager girl with brown hair is very rude and short. I've come before and gotten someone's else's order only to hand them the order back with my receipt and still get my food wrong. The morning crew after the nightshift goes home is great. I've worked for McDonald's before in a much busier area these things are not hard to get right. You've lost my business. I'm a regular you should not be getting the exact same order wrong this often. Will go elsewhere unfortunately
EDIT: I want to clarify I'm always here after 10pm so my experience has been with the nighttime shift. The dinner/lunch crew has been polite and the food has been correct. Their is another manager with brown hair that is longer than the overnight managers and she is a delight to deal with. The manager that primarily works overnights is a nasty rude person. Rumor has it they quote incorrect prices during the night audit and pocket the money too. Might wanna get on that...
Read moreWhen I entered the store, I immediately noticed how dirty the lobby was. Right after that, I noticed the bad aura in the place, the mood of the customers and employees were not good. I sat down to decide what I want, then went to counter where I waited about 4 minutes to be greeted, another 3 to have order taken. The printer messed up, manager fought with it for a few minutes, before using a back printer. I waited about 13 minutes for my food. It had 6 box/carton items, and all were stuffed in a single bag, in an unorganized way, to where one of the fries unloaded completely. The right Coke dispenser is malfunctioning, so I used left. There lids were nearly out of stock. Tea in the lobby were both expired, liners was good though. Big Macs only had 1 shot of sauce rather than the normal 2, and the sandwich wasn't even fully in the box when I received it. The 10 piece was in 2 6 piece boxes. Both of us that had fries,...
